Pros: close to ski hill, lots of activities and free parking
Cons: dirty rooms, LOUD central air/heat, “meh” guest service staff - mind you, we did visit on a weekday….maybe the A team comes out on weekends. Who knows.

The perfect winter weekend getaway. The ski and stay package was a great deal. Perfect for families looking to enjoy the weekend without breaking the budget. Will definitely come back to stay and enjoy snowboarding with the kids.

Absolute great resort and location, food was amazing but a little expensive, drinks were great on the outdoor sitting area with wood-burning fireplaces was awesome. Very organized and well ran just with the cleanliness of the lobby and hallways of each floor were a little more clean.

We had a great time at Horseshoe, it was a present and my grandson tried skiing for the first time , wonderful teacher , great staff, they have a really nice breakfast buffet . We would have liked to try the tubing but there had not been enough snow, next year we will try later in the season because this resort offers lots of outside activities.

This place was fantastic in every way, except the cleanliness. My first apartment as a teenager was kept cleaner than this. When we checked in the rooms were filthy and had broken beds. If they improve their housekeeping to the level of the rest of the services it would be amazing.

we had a nice family time at this hotel and their facilities. the lift was down one of our days. there were no wipes or sanitizers in the room or not too many around. ski was fun. weather was great. although snow was little. overall it was a good trip
