Room smelled and is old and weathered. Bathroom plumbing and fixtures terrible. Yellow stain on upholstered chair? Air conditioning noisy. Doors have been roughly painted 20 times. Large chips of wood broken on microwave stand. Barely slept at all due to air conditioner and smell.

The first room (2 Queen suite - 603) we got the toilet was broken and the sink plug was broken so they offered to change us room. They downgraded us to a smaller room (2 Queen room - 214). At first they were going to charge us the same thing as the Queen suite for the smaller room. They eventually gave us a 10%discount/night. The room smelled like a hockey locker and the beds were aged and very soft, not offering any support. The grill on the AC unit in the room was broken with sharp edges. My daughter cut her finger one one of them.
I can not recommend that hotel even if the location is OK
And the rooms were very expensive.

It is part of the Hilton brand, so it does meet expectation in terms of being clean, comfortable bed etc. However, the walls are probably made with sound amplifying material... I was on the phone with wife and she can hear exact words from my neighbor's conversation... So not great for light sleepers or if you are travelling with kids.
In addition, service could be better. Felt like the front desk staff are there to do their job instead of making visitors feel warm and fuzzy. One example. At check out, me: anyone complained about your sound proofing before? Expected response, "oh did you have a problem last night? we are sorry" Actual response: "No."

I booked this property using my Hilton points after reading the excellent reviews. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jay who accomodated my request for a quiet room and I was upgraded at no extra charge. As a Hilton Honors Gold member I also received a welcome gift ( bottle of water and snack bar)
The room was very well appointed with a nice work area, fridge/ microwave and the usual Hampton amenities. I utilized the fitness room that had a good variety of cardio machines as well as some weight training equipment including a nice set of dumbells and bench.
I decided to extend my stay to 2 nights.
Breakfast buffet was up to the usual Hampton Inn standard and Carrie, Atria and Kellie were very friendly and helpful.
Autumn at front desk was particularly delightful and both Jay and her when requested provided me with change for the bus as well as a map and recommendations.
I also had some interaction with the cleaning staff who were equally as helpful and gracious.
We left the 4 Points that is next door to the Hampton because it was awful - checked into the Hampton Inn and then were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend. This hotel is welcoming, very clean, good value and offers exactly what you think of when you think Hilton Hotels. Excellent stay - excellent staff - WELL DONE - you have regained your pre-pandemic standards, and we remain Hampton fans! THANK YOU for bringing great hotel stays back after a couple of rough years! :)
