My family and I spent a wonderful moment there. The staff are very friendly, good amenities nearby. My kids were in heaven. They like the swimming pool and the giant slide. The breakfast also was very good.

Great hotel for families. Free parking, free breakfast, pool with fun slide.
Note the breakfast is pretty basic but gets the job done. Yogurt, egg sausage/ bacon/ bagels/ waffles and fruit/ juice
Pool is outside and the slide is based on height. My six year old could probably go next year.
Great location because it’s beside Walmart, across from joeys and lots of other restaurants nearby so we took a walk every evening as it’s still so warm.
Feedback is the pool towels often ran out so bring some from your room, the breakfast could be better but overall great value.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kelowna. The room was spacious and clean, the service was good (employees were helpful and pleasant) and the breakfast was ample and had a wide variety of foods. We would be happy to stay here again.

Thank you so much for this waterside. Our flight was canceled and this was a great place for two young teens to spe d the afternoon. No food on-site, but a few options very close. Thank you Fairfield Marriot!

It is rare that a cancelled flight turns into a 'Good-news Story', but I'm so happy to see that this was the case! You're right about the waterslide, it is a blast, not just for kids but for the kid in all of us!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had booked a room for 3 beds, but one of our friends was not able to make it. The staff was very understanding and were able to provide us with a 2 bed room. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Room tip: Breakfast is served on weekdays at 6:30 am and weekends at 7:00 am, which was inconvenient when one has to leave the Motel before 7:00 am.

Experience was not good. No special customer service even though we are Gold status. Did not acknowledge we were members. Had to ask for our waters at check-in, our fridge was warm, our shower did not work properly...hot hot or cold cold. They called us 5 min after check-out time wondering where we were. The maintenance gentleman Daryl was awesome.
Room tip: Pool was awesome with waterslide.

I'm sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations - we are incredibly appreciative of the Marriott Bonvoy Elite members who choose our hotel for their accommodations in Kelowna, for their loyalty to the brand and the feedback they provide. No member who stays with us should ever feel as though they are not VIP's, and I apologize that this wasn't the case with your arrival.
Thank you for recognizing our amazing maintenance personnel Darryl - he is a gem and we are very fortunate to have him on our team! Thank you too for alerting us to an issue with your fridge - I have passed this concern on to our maintenance team to ensure that any issues are corrected to avoid any other guests being impacted.
I am happy to see that your Gold Elite benefit of a 2pm late checkout was offered and accepted. I hope you did not feel disrespected by the team calling your room at 2:05pm - many of our guests don't stop by the front desk when they depart, so this was simply our teams method of checking to see if Housekeeping would be able to access and clean the room.
I am confident that if given another opportunity, our team will provide the amazing experience that you should have received on this stay.
