Thank you too for alerting us to an issue with your fridge - I have passed this concern on to our maintenance team to ensure that any issues are corrected to avoid any other guests being impacted.
I am happy to see that your Gold Elite benefit of a 2pm late checkout was offered and accepted. I hope you did not feel disrespected by the team calling your room at 2:05pm - many of our guests don't stop by the front desk when they depart, so this was simply our teams method of checking to see if Housekeeping would be able to access and clean the room.
