- Harrisfamily845London, UK49 contributionsWe had such a lovely day. The e-bikes were fun and the app which guided you around the whole tour was excellent.
There were saddle bags to store wine, your phone charged as you travelled & everyone at the wineries were very welcoming. We tasted a range of wines & had a delicious lunch at our last stop.
Explanations of how to use the e-bike, what to do if something went wrong & how to use the app were very clear. Honestly it was almost impossible to go wrong. The quality of all equipment was 1st class.

- CurtisFort McMurray, Canada1 contributionWe sailed with Captain Brad who was very friendly and patient with us. This short 2 hour sailing charter around the harbour at Kelowna was fun, calming, peaceful, and a very low key introduction to sailing.
Captain Brad sailed across Okanagan Lake and down to the bridge and back.
Captain Brad was knowledgeable about the area and answered all our silly rookie questions about sailing.
My favorite part of the trip was that it was JUST my family. We didn’t have to deal with a BIG tourist group. My son has Autism so he doesn’t do “people” well. It was very hot and sunny that day and my son was overheating and started to panic a bit. Brad gladly let my son hang out inside the cabin of the boat down below and didn’t make a big fuss. Brad was easy going, easy to talk with and fun.
I would highly recommend. We began at Crown and Thieves (my favourite), followed by Frind and ending up at Mt. Boucherie for dinner. Each winery included a tasting of at least five wines. Our tour guide Andrea made this a great day with her high energy and knowledge of wine, the wineries themselves, and the history of the area.
I thought the tour was very well-paced; we never felt rushed or like it was dragging, and always had time to browse and shop at each location. Andrea kept everyone's wine safe and organized throughout the tour.
Dinner at Mt. Boucherie was good, and a great way to end the day.

It was exactly what I was hoping for, and our guide Matt fit right in as one of the boys. The day was full of things we don't normally get to do, and we all left tired and happy.
The day was full of natural waterslides, repelling down waterfalls, and laughter. We are already making plans to bring our wives and children back next year. They even re-jiggered the plan to pick us up at a different spot after we got stuck behind a closed road and nearly missed the sail. In support to my statement, i would like to mention the names, Mr. Hamza, Mr. Abbas and Ms. Nasreen from Housekeeping department for their professional approach and meanwhile i would like to thank the previously mentioned employee of the Ramada Plaza.

The tour picked us up from our hotel and we visited five local wineries, including lunch at the spectacular Lookout restaurant at the monk winery.
