Hotel's Favourite
Building and room is very clean, feels brand new. Room was also very big, plenty of space for all your luggage. Lots of parking outside. Breakfast was also okay, cold and hot options but a bit basic. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful, big shout-out to them! Location is also good, lots of places within walking distance. The bathroom door made an awful sound everytime we tried to close it. The bed was also very screechy.

This is a new hotel that offers everything a 5 star hotel provides. It is clean, staff are friendly and accommodating.
Our room was a king size bed with sofa. It was a very large room with a sliding door separating the entrance/bathroom area and the sleeping/living room area. Some nice touches were a built in luggage bench, large bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash attached to the shower. Where the ice machine is, there is a little sitting area which I think would be good for parents traveling with sports teams to meet?
I gave the hotel 4 stars as the bed was not the best (but not a complaint). This will be our go to hotel in Kelowna

Spacious rooms and hospitality of Mickey makes your morning trip to the breakfast bar feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. Pool, jacuzzi and weight / exercise room . Across the parking lot are three restaurants from gourmet burger and bar at Bin 4, to mexican at Mucho Burrito to vegan plus at the Basil Leaf. If you need to stock up on items Costco is a Ross the street. Only 5 / 10 minutes from the airport.

We just stayed here with a sports team. The hotel seemed to be pretty full, quite busy, but all our staff interactions were really positive. Staff were friendly and helpful and never made you feel overly rushed. They helped our group through the booking process as some got confused, and they applied great common sense to anticipate things and present solutions.
There are a couple decor pieces that need an update, mostly I’d say a poor install job during construction of trims and doors, however, rooms were very clean and that’s what matters when staying in a hotel.
Athletes found the provided breakfast to have enough options and be truly satisfying in the morning to start their day, and parents enjoyed the attentiveness of staff to ensure hot fresh coffee was always available.
I have stayed in a few other hotels in Kelowna and this is the only one I’d go back to. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Holiday Inn twice this summer, from July 12-17 and July 29-31. Both times the staff went out of their way to provide great service. The first time we were checked in by Anil and Jason, and met Ignacio the next day.
During our 2nd visit, Ignacio checked us in, and we met Sebastian and Dixon the following shift. All the above named individuals, including the breakfast staff (and I'm sorry that I do not have their names), were outstanding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you all for your friendly service.

Very impressed with all the precautions & safety measures that this property is taking to make their guests feel safe during COVID.
This new location is a gem …. is located across the street from Costco, and next door to Walmart. Easily accessible to dining, shopping, attractions, etc.
We had a double queen room facing the street; despite its location it was extremely quiet. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hot complimentary breakfast was a great way to start your morning. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed two nights on a short holiday trip. Arrival receptionist, the assistant manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Property is new and is well designed. Our room was larger than expected with a very comfortable king size bed. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The spa/hot tub was fine the first day but uncomfortably cold after that. Air conditioning in room was quite noisy and either kept the room freezing or too hot...the compressor never kicked it automatically. Breakfast the second day was a disaster...very little food. They blamed their supplier. No excuse for a hotel to run low on food when it is included in the price. We felt there should have been a refund or other compensation offered considering the high room rate of $180/night for a Holiday Inn Express.

We have spent 6 nights at the hotel.
The room was big, very clean, and with a lot of natural light.
The staff at the front desk are friendly and wear face masks.
You have 2 options for breakfast - in the dining area and
you can get a tray and take the food to your room.
Wi-Fi is fast, and parking is free.
The gym is excellent, big and with sanitizers and wipes.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Staff are courteous and efficient. But the building is noisy. It needs sound insulation. Every time an entry door opens or closes the building shakes a bit. And footfalls from the floor above shake the walls a bit too. I was really needing some rest in advance of an important day but the noise from young men partying in the adjacent rooms and across the hall definately was a problem. They didn't care about hotel etiquette. I called the desk when they started screaming in the hall, but I really couldn't say that resulted in any improvement. If you stay here, make sure you tell them you want to stay on the floor with the grown-ups!

Very nice and bright, and super clean. Friendly staff and large rooms. Can be a little loud as sound from the hall and other rooms seems to carry a bit, but still an excellent value, especially in winter. Really good breakfast too.

If so we are about a 10 minute drive from downtown.
We are about 30 minutes from Myra Canyon.
