Excellent hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious, modern and inviting. Lovely well lit bathroom. Everything you need for a sleepover or a couple of days. We took the shuttle (5 min. ride) to the airport in the wee hours of the morning and the shuttle driver couldn't have been nicer. Excellent value for money.

Great location and new rooms are fantastic. Uriel kept my room neat and clean throughout my stay. However, they need to figure out their breakfast offerings for Bonvoy members, as everyday someone would tell me something different at the restaurant. I will say, this is part of the reason I stay at this particular hotel, so if they cut back on it, I would probably opt for another hotel. The gym needs some desperate help. Both ellipticals struggle to work and they're only 2 treadmills otherwise. Suffice it to say that the Fairfield inn down the road has a much nicer and state of the art gym.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but they need to sort out some stuff. I have 6 rooms booked in June, so I hope they can figure it out prior to that.
Room tip: Gym gets very crowded. Get there early if you want any sort of cardio as only a couple of the machines work properly.

Easy short free shuttle from the airport. Restaurant in the hotel is pleasant and food is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Perfect for a short stay on our way to go skiing. I would recommend this establishment.

My room was spotless, bed super comfortable and the restaurant had delicious offerings and was accommodating to our many conference attendees. They also catered for us every day and the food and staff service were excellent! Thank you!!!

Tony our server was amazing. The food was fantastic. I love the proximity to the Kelowna airport. Did I mention Tony our server was so fantastic. A young man with so much character. We love the ambiance. My husband was a big fan of the beef wonton
