The Ramada kelowna is an older hotel that was kept exceptionally clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The down… very hard beds and outdated rooms and halls. A facelift to this hotel would breathe fresh life into an otherwise just ok stay

We stayed here for four days and feel the hotel is just OK. We are diamond members with Wyndham and we were expecting a more updated property. The mattress was so hard it made sleeping very difficult and normally I don’t have problems with mattresses in hotels. The room itself was OK, we paid extra to get a king suite and typically as a diamond member we would be offered a free upgrade but this did not happen. On the last day we were there we left at eight in the morning to go head out for a hike and came back at 3:55 and we were surprised that the room was being cleaned. So we asked the cleaning staff to just please leave the room as is as we were tired from being out all day. So that was a little surprising, in terms of the level of service. The location of the hotel is across the street from the mall and close to the Keg and Milestones, both those restaurants are within walking distance so that is convenient. I suggest a room on the top floor as we were on the second floor and had to call the front desk twice because of the noise coming from the room upstairs. Breakfast is not included at this hotel, which also is not typical for Wyndham hotels. There was a coffee maker in the room and a mini fridge and microwave. That is convenient to go out and keep things on hand to eat.

My 97 year old mom and I stayed for two weeks as we were dealing with a flood situation in our home. Staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to Dan, Bonnie and Fiona. Pub food was really good.

Our room in the tower was outdated but clean and the service was great! The food from the restaurant was fantastic! The location of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of parking. We loved the outdoor patio atmosphere.
