I stayed at the Royal Anne twice in 2022 - once in June for the Kelowna Wine Country half marathon and again in November for work.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Kelowna - a block from the waterfront. There is free parking on site if you can get it, but if not, there is a municipal parkade a few blocks away that has free parking in the evenings and on weekends.

There are also a huge selection of restaurants and cafes around and it's worth checking them out. You can't go wrong with Antico Pizza Napoletana right across the street - AMAZING!!

Both times I stayed at The Royal Anne, the room I was in had a king-sized bed, a seating area with a couch and two comfy chairs with a huge flat screen TV. There was also a small desk and mini fridge - the usual things you'd expect in a hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a free breakfast onsite - although I missed it both times. Also, even though there is a pub in behind the hotel, you can't hear a thing at night. I had a great night sleep both nights! Will definitely stay here again.

Spent a great 9 days at the Royal Anne Hotel in downtown Kelowna. Perfectly situated to walk to restaurants and the water. A boutique heritage hotel in my view. We stayed twice, once in a lovely room, then for our next long stay of 9 days in a roomy suite that was perfect and so comfy. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and came with great continental breakfast that was more than satisfying. We go back there in a flash.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean room and well supplied. Perfect location for business and dining and shopping. Met safety standards and robust complimentary breakfast. Secure underground parking, small and limited spaces though.
