great hotel to stay with family, our kids are overflowing with cute ducks!
All staff were very friendly, housekeepers, security, front desk.. hotel room was ok with kitchenette, and everything is clean and they were able to accommodate our request for quieter side for our kids. Maybe expand the pool a bit and make it more kids friendly :)
We are not sorry for overflowing your kids with duckies as they all went to a great home with you. We are so happy that you chose to stay with us and that you and your kids enjoyed your visit.
I stay here once or twice a month and have always found it a great place to stay. This last trip I had a medical emergency, my sister called the front desk and immediately they called an ambulance , she came up to our room and stayed with us until ambulance got there. She remained calm and supportive and helped us through a very scary time. The next day the staff were caring enough to ask how I was doing.
We're just so glad that everything worked out and that you are doing better. Our flock of quackers will do what they can for all visitors to our little "pond".
The front desk were very friendly and informative. They always seem to get us in the room we request. They even gave us a bandana for our puppy that we were in town to pick up. Other staff on the grounds were always helpful and had a wave or smile or both for us.

We loved this place, close to the hospital where we visiting a loved one; we’re going to come again! We ordered great food in and spread out on the patio at the pool….divine! Great place to return to after the stress of visiting a loved one in ICU at the hospital!

Best hotel in Kelowna, pet friendly with helpful trustworthy staff and they have a discount for restaurants close by, good rates and a bonus outside we’ll kept+clean pool, looking forward to my next visit
