Staff in all areas top notch, room clean and neat. Supplied a "brown bag" breakfast that was unexpected and appreciated. Any requests taken care of quickly and efficiently. Do miss the cleaning service but not the end of the world and also think it is time the gym was reopened at least by appointment.
We have stayed in all locations of the Accent Inns and have been more then satisfied with all of them.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The room was nice and cool when we arrived as someone had thought to turn on the air conditioning. Everyone at the front desk were very nice. The pool was super warm and clean as well. The grab n go breakfast could definitely be a bit better. We have been to a few hotels during COVID and the grab n go can be done well. The hotel location is pretty great in the middle of everything on the main road so it’s easy to find. My daughter loves the ducks we added them to our collection.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From front desk staff to housekeepers- all the most friendliest and helpful people! The check in went quickly and the room was super clean. Kudos to the housekeepers for working so hard during COVID to provide a clean safe room.

Decided to stay here for a night, It was the best decision we made.
first off when we arrived in the lobby we were greeted by super friendly staff that actually felt like they wanted to help us. she took interest in my trip and my family they also offered us a free ducky!!
The rooms were spot free clean with tidy bed and it smelled super clean even the tv remote was in packaging.
the pool is an out door pool which we were scared about but it felt heated so we had an hour swim booked with just our family we even took Kris Jr (the duck) swimming.
10/10 would recommend. The hotel itself is super quirky with awesome signage around and the antigravity lift with a beautiful view(if you know you know). Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at the accents Inn kelowna.
We got in at a later time so we're unavailable to utilize all the wonderful things the hotel has to offer. But next time for sure will time arrival a little earlier. Thanks for the great stay.
