Great hotel, will stay again. Great pool area but may prove a little small if vacationing here for longer period. The manual elevator from lobby to second floor definitely needs updating but no biggy.

Pick somewhere nicer to stay. Very dirty, outdated rooms. Too busy and lack of staff to move you or even clean your room. Literal snot on the wall where your expected to lay your head. Garbage on floor, mirrors not cleaned after previous guest. Electrical shocks from lamp everytime you turn it on

This is a large property on the highway that runs through Kelowna, although there was no hint of traffic noise in our room. It's an unusual design with a tower block connected to a two storey section that surrounded a garden. Attached to the hotel was a pub/sports bar that served typical pub food.

The front desk staff were efficient, polite and very helpful, noting that a ground floor room would suit me better than one on the second floor of the low rise section as I am not great on stairs (although an elevator was avaialble). They also ensured that I received all the bonus rewards that I was due.

The room was huge, clean and well equipped. It had a door that provided access to the garden and the couple of chairs just outside the room.

Breakfast was well up to the usual Best Western standards. It was available in an large, airy atrium that looked out on to the garden.

I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Kelowna.
