I don’t think you can really go wrong staying in Banff in general, but this hotel is amazing.

The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the mountainside. It’s slightly further away from where the shops are on the Main Street - about 500m or so walk… which is perfect. Close enough for convenience with the peace of a quiet setting.

Parking was ample, and the staff incredibly friendly too.

I highly recommend a trip to Banff, and when I come back I’ll be sure to stay here again! :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Carlitos is friendly and the food is tasty and plentiful. The location is great, a ten minute walk at my pace with a gammy leg. The rooms are very clean and have an area with a good sized fridge, coffee machine, kettle (if you ask at reception) and space to make your own packed lunches. I didn’t get to use the spa, but it looks amazing. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Easy and welcome checkin, we went to our allocated superior room, but beds were upstairs and the
Bathroom and lounge down, also fan was noisy, reception were able to move us to a standard king room which we preferred and suited us better, although we still paid for the upgrade one! Comfortable bed and pillows , nice views. Free parking in garage in basement.
