Perfectly located at the heart of Banff and nice relaxing pool and Mint Heated room was pretty awesome. Nice place to relax after a long hike in all the beautiful lakes of Banff plus just a walking distance to all the restaurants and beautiful places in Banff such as the Cascade Gardens.

We came up for Melissa’s half marathon. Beautiful hotel lovely staff. We have stayed multiple times as the location is perfect to the race location. The staff are friendly and room is cleaned. The restaurant buffet wasn’t worth the price but overall lovely as always! Thank you

I stayed here for the weekend of Melissa's Run, it has best location so I could walk to and from the race....the staff at the crave restaurant were amazing! The underground parking was a blessing, and my room was large and comfortable
I will stay here again next year.

We initially booked a hotel across the road bbut it wan't to our taste o we popped over to the Lodge to ee if they could put us up. We were shown various rooms and plumped for a king sofa. It was a quarter of the price of the previous hotel and much nicer. Really spacious room with all the amenities you could want, nice and clean and a HUGE bed. Hotel has a pleasangt small pool, a lovely cosy bar which had a fun atmosphere in the evenings. Breakfast buffet had a huge choice and was good value for money. Staff throughout the hotel were really lovely and helpful and it's in a great location close to all the shops and restaurants (and we loved The Three Bears on the next block less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is slightly tired ut it really didn't matter. We really enjoyed our brief stay here. So much better than across the road!!
