This hotel deserves all the plaudits it gets. From the highly welcoming and professional staff on the front desk; to the well-appointed room with good amenities (we had a Premium King); to the great breakfast with pleasant servers; and to its ideal location for access to attractions, bars and restaurants. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend it. A great hotel with great a location!
Just spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The hotel is lovely, our room was amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and has plenty variety. Would definitely recommend. The location is perfect with lovely views, very central but quietly down the road from the busy area.
Great location & good size rooms. Hot tub was great & the coffee shop in reception area was great.
Had everything we needed for our stay in Banff.
Only down side was we were put n an accessibility room so the shower was more of a wet room so we had to use lots of towels to dry the floor.
Really nice hotel right in the heart of the Banff. Short walk to restaurants and shops!
Included breakfast is pretty good and has all the essentials.
Room was big and spacious and had 2 Queen beds in a seperate room with a bathroom in the middle. Beds were so comfortable with great pillows. We also had a balcony with great views of the mountains!
All staff from reception to housekeeping to F&B were extremely friendly.

Loved this hotel the rooms were lovely , bed really comfortable great shower good tea and coffee facilities staff were very helpful .Good location .Hot Tub was very pleasant.
Toiletries supplied were really nice .Great coffee shop downstairs with outside seating .Food looked good .
