A truly beautiful hotel. In the last few years the hotel has undergone extensive and quality renovations to turn it from a wooden “ski chalet” vibe into a smart and extremely well appointed hotel. The rooms are spacious and enjoy balconies with in most cases great views of the surrounding mountains. Everything is of the highest quality including the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The Nespresso coffee machines are a wonderful touch. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and lots to eat. Banff is a stunning place and I shall return. I won’t hesitate to come and stay here again. Truly a ten out of ten score. Impossible to better.

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, anywhere! I was reluctant to book because it was just about the cheapest hotel in Banff but my expectations were exceeded. It was clean, modern, had free parking, a GREAT breakfast (also free) and outdoor hot tubs that were well maintained. Great amenities inside the room (individual make-up remover sheets that I loved AND locally made body wash, shampoos, and conditioners in large containers inside the shower!) It was walking distance to everything in Banff and contributed to a great long weekend! If ever in Banff again, this will be our hotel!
