Stayed for 2 night as a family of 7 over 2 rooms. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the shops. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was good and had an easy check in and check out.
Didn’t use the pool but looked great
We have stayed here a few times, as a couple and as a family, and we have enjoyed each stay.
Great location, with most stores and restaurants being a 5-10 minute walk away.
Front desk staff were friendly and offer great restaurants suggestions.
Beds were comfortable and rooms included a mini fridge and microwave.
Parking available underground for vehicles under 6 feet and parking in the back for those taller.
I found better prices on their website compared to Expedia.
The staff was amazing! Always so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Everything was very clean. Amazing views! In the center of downtown Banff, great location to walk just about anywhere. Lots to do. We’ll definitely stay here again!
We stayed 2 nights here and were very pleased with it - staff all lovely and so helpful - close to Banff centre and main shuttle/bus stops - rather than an expensive laundry service they had a laundromat in the basement - brilliant! We are on a 3 week tour from east to west coast - so this was great! 3 dollars for wash and 2 dollars for dry - plus one dollar for laundry detergent- £6 dollars all in! And I went in hot tub whilst it was on! Perfect - most places we’ve stayed were 10 dollars for one pair of trousers! Reception looks small - but nice seating area whilst awaiting pick up etc - nice short walk in to main Banff centre which was buzzing with restaurants and tourist shops. We did gondola one day top of mountain - stunning views - bought tickets at reception - expensive but well worth it! and bus to Johnston canyon the other day - 2 dollars each! Only down side - not hotels issue - but freight trains “horns” blow three times every 20 minutes from 5am!
I had a fabulous stay at Banff High Country In . The beds were so comfy and it was close enough to walk to town. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Banff. Friendly staff also! Couldn’t have found a better place to stay!
