A lovely looking hotel with a hunting lodge / alpine feel. We has the kitchenette suite and it was cosy and spacious. Two rooms separated by kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Air Conditioning was very welcome in 30c heat.
The staff were very friendly especially as we arrived at 3am, due to flight delays at Calgary. They checked us in and answered all our questions.

Centrally located, quiet, big rooms and a friendly staff. International standard. Strange: the architecture. The access to the rooms is not by a walkway inside the building, but outside, instead of the balconies. So everybody can look in your bedroom, or you keep the curtains closed all day sitting in the the darkness.

Dark, tired looking dingy rooms. No housekeeping service. Manager, Suzanne, not helpful and quite rude. This hotel would be fine if you are happy with low 3* accommodation .
We arrived as a party of 6 at this hotel and after 8 hours we eventually met with Suzanne the manager who told us she would move us to a better hotel the next morning. When we went to check in at the new hotel, we were told only 4 of our party had been moved.! Why would she think that the hotel was ok for us but not our friends?

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is disappointing to know you were not happy with your accommodation and the effort made to rectify the situation. As mentioned during our conversation, when I received the call to speak with you I was advised you left for dinner, I waited until you returned and was immediately available to speak with you that evening.
Any complaint is always addressed individually because one persons concerns may not be the same as the other. Therefore, to assume someone wants to change their travel arrangements when a concern was never raised or discussed would not be correct.
Once again, sorry that the effort made was not to your satisfaction.

Easy access from road, lots of parking, staff friendly with easy check in, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms good size, clean good wifi and television, beds good. No breakfast but Keg and AW nearby, elevator access but after 11 pm need to use stairs. Good stay

We stayed for 4 nights. We believe we were in 2 newly renovated rooms on the 3rd floor with a beautiful mountain view. The rooms were spotless with comfortable Queen beds, large TVs, large bathrooms - one had a walk in shower and a bathtub, the other a bathtub only with shower head. The only comment I would make is that the bathtubs in both rooms were quite deep and the edge is quite high...anyone with short legs or flexibility problems would have issues trying to get over the edge. Perhaps a bar to hold onto while getting in and out would be helpful. Trevor, in particular, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions. They have a very nice pool and hot tub. They do rent bicycles but were currently awaiting a delivery of new ones. There is no onsite restaurant but their sister hotel just up the street has a restaurant and there are other options within walking distance. Coffee maker/kettle and supplies in the room. The main shopping area (shops, restaurants, bars) is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Parking was free. They close and lock the front door at 11 p.m. but late check in is available by going to the sister hotel just up the street.
