Rooms nice and clean. Beds comfy lots of multiple type pillows. Staff was nice and helpful. Having underground parking was great to have free for motorcycles. Was nice to have restaurant and coffee shop right in hotel. Costs okay for Banff I guess $250 a night with all taxes, no corporate rates though

The Elk + Avenue Hotel was a perfect getaway hotel for our trip. Located in the heart of Banff Ave it was close to all the delicious restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions such as canoeing on Bow River, and the Banff Gondola. From the moment we checked in our entire stay went smoothly. We also appreciated that housekeeping completed our request and cleaned our room when we were out. All in all, our stay here was amazing!

the location was perfect and the staff were beyond friendly, helpful, and professional
parking was convenient and the restaurant inside the hotel (farm and fire) was yummy - with room service!
the only issue was the wifi not being great , other than that i have no complaints !

The Elk + Avenue is a great location in downtown Banff. The hotel is well appointed and has some great food options with the cafe and the Farm and Fire restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable, however it was extremely noisy during the day as it is just off the lobby. I would suggest avoiding rooms 104 or 103. Overall though its a lovely hotel for a stay in Banff.
