This is the worst hotel I've been to by far, I spent 4 nights there. Firstly at check in the elevator wasn't working, the receptionist was extremely rude when I enquire about how to get my suitcase to the 3rd floor since the elevator was down. Got to the room the key wouldn't work, they told me I had to wait for a technician who would probably be there in the next 4 hrs. The room smells funky, the bathroom is dirty and the roof of the bathroom was leaking. Towels were old and worn. Toilet was stripping and dirty. The patio was dirty and had a bucket with dirty water. Overall the place was just tacky!! DON'T GO THERE!!

This hotel is best avoided. Its old, noisy, and has creepy things on the floor.

It has wifi, a good location in the downtown area, and somewhere to store bags. Thats it - I dont recommend it.

The staff are also very unfriendly.

I chose this hotel due to price and location, which, for the bahamas, were very good. The building is extremely old, dont even want to mention the elevator conditions. I had the feeling we would get stuck at any moment.
The room was dirty. We move and furniture to reach the sockets and we found a condom (not used, thank god), so the cleaning was not done very well. The bathroom also look like it hasn't been cleaned in ages.
The staff was not very friendly, but that is a thing from the island. Some were great, but most were not.

Next time, I would definetly consider pay more and stay in a better place.
