The hospitality and the entertainment staff was awesome. Our first stop was at the front desk and we were greeted with a warm smile by the front desk agent lathies the supervisor who made out entrance smooth drinks,food and staff was excellent Larry ALEX and D'von had all the activities for our stay fun and entertaining would definitely come again!!!
We loved our time at the Breezes Bahama resort! Tons of great food and drink options. Lots of activities going on (loved the volleyball and games with Larry). Simple room accommodations.. Not like we spent much time in there anyways. And also very close to the casino next door.
The hotel is decent enough to enjoy with your family and friends. The hotel need to be updated with their furnitures. When we visited the hotel was packed with all the rugsby teams. They only had one hotel working. The rooms are not really cleaned. Shantel at check in is amazing. She assisted me with my check in and changing of room. The bathroom is modern but the beds, TV, windows, balcony and mirrors are stain, dirty and old. The room does not have a lot of outlets. We had to use the outlet in the bathroom and one by the lamp. The food is delicious no matter where you go. The Garden of Eden restaurant was the only one that we had a long time waiting and when I asked for another bowl of soup the guy told me I could o ly get one. Hummm. This is an all inclusive resort. The ladies who work at the grill are not friendly. Pretty much the staff beside Shantell & the entertainers by the pool are no polite or welcoming. They do not say good Morning or greet you. And we're in the Carribbean Island. The ppl who work at the buffet are not friendly and the tables and chairs are not clean. The resort also have to inform guests not to feed the birds. When you are on the beach Jesus they all will come to attack you if you have food. Why bc the guest feed them. The birds were the most annoying part at the beach. Please bring a sweater/hoodie because it is breezy on the beach even with the sun out. The wifi is terrible. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was closed 😩. This is my second visit to the Bahamas and staying at this resort. I won't be visiting this hotel again unless on sale. But they are about 3 miles from the downtown area and fish fry. 10-15 mins by car located next to the Bah Mar hotel..
The beds don't even get a top sheet. It's a bottom sheet, and an itchy comforter from sometime in the 80's. I had to steal another sheet off of a maid's cart. The food is generally pretty mediocre. (The wonton soup doesn't actually have a single wonton in it, it's just broth) The drinks don't have a single brand of alcohol I have ever heard of, and the pool has a layer of oil on it that feels like BP was staying here. (if you look at the reviews, there are like 3 months in a row where every review talks about how they never clean the pool. That's real.) The workers are very nice, and it seems like they really try. (I stayed at a high end south beach resort last week and the people here are so much better.... ) I just think that this resort should be much better than it is.
My new husband and I had the most wonderful honeymoon trip at the Breezes Bahamas Resort and Spa! The resort provides the perfect romantic setting! We spent endless time on the beach, by the pool and playing games like bumper to bumper and billiards. The all inclusive yummy food and drinks were as amazing as those who served them. The staff, including Keisa, Devon and Larry, were the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating people we had the pleasure to be around each day and evening! We plan to return to stay at this wonderful resort as soon as we possibly can!
