We love Renaissance. Best part of the beach and impeccable interiors. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floors, our bare feet were pretty dirty when walking around the unit. The cleaning ladies otherwise did a nice job and we had everything we could ask for in our condo. There were even extras like rafts and sunscreen if we had run out.
I had the pleasure of vacationing at the Renaissance in Unit #1. The spacious 3 bedroom unit is stunning and beautifully decorated in modern neutrals.
We appreciated the attention to detail finding everything we needed to make our stay great.
One of the highlights of staying in Unit #1 is the convenient access to the gorgeous pool area and Seven Mile beach. We had a week of high temperatures and absolutely loved the convenience of stepping outside the ground level unit and enjoying the pool anytime of day.
The property is well cared and well managed ensuring guests safety and comfort.

Villa #26 is amazing!!! Felt so safe and welcomed by staff. So clean!!! Really peaceful vacation. Wendy & Georgette are very knowledgeable. Island people are great. This location is super convenient to everything. Balcony view is breathtaking.
This was our second stay at The Renaissance, but this time we traveled with family. There was plenty of room for everyone, each bedroom having its own bathroom. Each bathroom not only has bathrobes, but they also toothbrush holders! Very comfortably furnished with electric reclining sectional, the kitchen had everything we needed to stay in but most of the time we opted to head out and support the local economy with some very delicious dining. We stayed in Villa #26 and the view from the balcony is spectacular and a great way to enjoy our morning beverages. Beach front property, an infinity pool and a hot tub, great location on the island, just a couple minutes from some the grocery store and some nice dining experiences. The grounds are well maintained and the amazing management team helped us with everything from clean beach towels to the best place to take rent a catamaran. Thanks Georgette & Wendy!

We stayed in Villa #26. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Villa beautifully decorated, with excellent access to the beach. Wendy and Georgette in the office were very helpful with any questions we had. We felt very safe with on-site security guard on weekends. Good access to main highway to get to restaurants and events. Limited public access to the superb seven mile beach provided privacy. We were able to witness the release of two 3-year old turtles from the Turtle Farm into the ocean. It was inspiring!
