I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Lisa A. Ebanks, the property manager of Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals, for nearly 30 years. Lisa is an exceptional professional who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Her responsiveness, insights, and knowledge of the Grand Cayman Island area are remarkable.
Whenever I reach out to Lisa, (booking, wife advice lol, etc) via call, text, or email she is always prompt and provides me with valuable information and solutions. She ensures that each client has a unique and pleasurable experience, and her staff is equally impressive. (Her Villas are unbelievably clean and safe, never an issue)

Have been staying at Villas of the Galleon for years! What keeps me coming back is the extra service we get from the property Manager Lisa Ebanks! She is on call 24/7 and sets you up for the best vacation ever! Lisa goes above and beyond what is expected! We are greeted with fresh flowers in our unit and our favorite bottle of wine every trip! She has the BEST 26 units at Villas of the Galleon! To get her extra service you must book with Hello Cayman Vacation rentals. Most of her units are ground floor with ocean view steps away from the beach!! The property is quiet and well maintained. The location is right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach walking distance from many fine restaurants! I can not say enough about the great service we receive every trip! We try to come 3 times a year.

We just got home from an amazing 12 day stay with Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals. The location is the absolute best on the island and the accommodations have everything you need. Lisa (the owner of Hello Cayman) is always available to answer any questions and help get you what you need. We have been booking with Lisa for many years and will continue in the future. She truly cares about all of her clients’ vacation experience and goes above and beyond. We stayed in a 2- bedroom ocean view villa but it’s literally steps from the beautiful blue sea. The kitchen is very well equipped, theres’s daily housekeeping (except for Sundays) and all the beds/furnishings were very comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with Lisa at Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals!!

We had an excellent family vacation with "Hello Cayman vacation rentals" at the "Villa of the Galleon resort" We had a total of six people stay for a week in a three bedroom condo with an ocean view. Friendly house keeping staff took good care of us and made sure we had plenty of fresh towels. The condo was well stocked with all the utensils you need to make some epic family meals. The kitchen had a large island in the middle with plenty of chairs to sit all round it together. The grounds of "Villa of the Galleon" were immaculately kept and the beach is first class and one of my all time favorite beaches. Light lapping waves and crystal clear water. Lots of beach loungers with shade umbrellas. The condo had been recently renovated and everything looked brand new. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
We were greeted at our condo on our arrival by Lisa whom operates "Hello Cayman vacation rentals" She gave us a rundown of all the places to visit and the operating hours. (Grocery stores are closed on Sunday) She also gave us a list of restaurants and shops where we could get discounts with staying at "Hello Cayman" She even left us a "welcome" complimentary bottle of wine. Very nice.
Great scuba diving from shore and from boats. Reefs looked good. I would recommend diving "Devils Grotto" and "Eden Rock". Easy shore dive from Eden Rock dive shop. Also great shore diving at "Sunset House" I would recommend going with "Dive Tech" for any guided dives on west end. Friendly and helpful staff. Saw eels, turtles and a myriad of all types of fish. We also did a night dive with them.
Also would recommend visiting "Stingray City", but would recommend doing the late afternoon trip out which leaves around 4pm with "Red Sails" charters. You don't have the crowds from the cruise ships then and basically have the place to yourself. Did the morning trip first with three cruise ships in port and was mobbed by about 300 people. The afternoon trip had only a total of a dozen people on the sand bar with lots of eagar stingrays waiting to be fed.
It was first class trip with great service. We will be returning. Special thanks to Lisa with "Hello Cayman"

We rented a condo during our last 4 trips to Grand Cayman, and it was an unforgettable experience! We contacted Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals and Lisa helped us confirm our dates and reserve the unit we wanted.
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, serene beach right at our doorstep. The tranquil and calm atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of our daily life.
The condo itself was a dream come true, fully stocked with all the amenities you could ever need. The attention to detail in the beautiful updates was evident, creating a luxurious and inviting ambiance throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We cannot praise the location enough - being able to wake up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the patio was pure bliss. The surrounding area offered an array of activities and attractions, making every day an exciting adventure. Easy walk to almost anything you need. The area and whole island is the safest we have ever felt.
The owner, Lisa Ebanks, is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We felt pampered and well taken care of during our entire visit.

Great stay! clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property doesn't have a pool or any food or drink services but it's right on the beach and with a full kitchen and plenty of restaurants nearby it was not a big deal. We stayed in Unit 9 on the 3rd floor, it was cleaned and beds made everyday, the beach is not crowded and overall great stay!

My family and I have been going to Grand Cayman and staying at the Villas for over 40 years. I have been continuing my vacations there and now rent from Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals. In my opinion there is no better spot on Seven Mile Beach, or on the planet! All Lisa's condos are updated and fully equipped with anything you might need. If it isn't in the condo, Lisa will always try her best to accommodate you. The sea is sparkling, and it is not crowded as are beaches at some other properties. I have made so many lifetime friends here and have been fortunate to have my parents introduce my husband and I and our children to this lovely island, lovely people and Lisa and the Villas. I now invite family and friends and we return year after year. Caymanians are extremely friendly and kind people, the island is safe and offers many activities. I highly recommend Hello Cayman Vacation Rentals......Lisa is the best. I love it so much I stay for over two months in the winter.

My recent stay at Villas of the Galleon in Grand Cayman, wonderfully hosted by Lisa, was a delightful experience, perfect for families. The villa's prime location near top island restaurants makes dining out convenient. Its greatest feature, however, is the breathtaking ocean views. Each morning, we were greeted by the tranquil Caribbean Sea, visible from our comfortable balcony, adding a special touch to our stay.
The villa, with its spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities, was ideal for my family, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Lisa’s excellent hospitality and dedication to guests’ needs made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is a fantastic choice for families seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway. We have dealt with Lisa at Hello Cayman for years staying at the Villas of the Galleon. She is the most efficient, professional and accommodating agent we have ever dealt with. She manages the most beautiful condos on Seven Mile beach and makes sure they are in perfect condition. We are a party of four people and not one of us has ever had any complaints in all the years we have been going. You will not be disappointed dealing with Hello Cayman for a wonderful vacation at a beautiful location.

Villa of the Galleon (Hello Cayman) is the best and very recommendable! Lisa welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us very useful advice and informations about Grand Cayman. This was not our first trip to Cayman, it was our fifth time, but we stayed at the Westin and Marriott in the past. We now have a new place to stay when we return to Cayman, The Villa of the Galleon!!! We love the villa and the property. It is between the Westin and the Ritz, it is also beach front, very quiet and not crowded. We will surely return to the Villa of the Galleon!!! ❤️
