I have been staying here for years . This time I brought a friend and it was her first time to Catcha. I hope you change nothing here as I find it perfect. The staff is the best. The food is top notch . The views are stunning . You have continued to improve every year. I think you got it. If you want relaxation this is the place to stay.

This was a great experience compared to an all inclusive. I’ll start by saying that the concept is great however it’s the layout that sells the place!! I have one minor con and it’s just a bit more upgrading. The food is EXCELLENT and the view is BREATHTAKING this is a quiet place to relax I had a WONDERFUL week and I can’t wait to go back.
P.s the dogs are a great touch. This was everything I expected. I stayed in pieces and I enjoyed the outdoor shower very much.

Catcha falling star is a beautifully unique property nestled on the cliffs of Negril. My husband and I spent 10 nights at Catcha for our honeymoon and loved it. We stayed in the Aires suite which was spacious and had the best view of the ocean from the balcony. Definitely take advantage of room service and enjoy your meals from the balcony! The flowers and botanicals of the property were absolutely breathtaking.
All the staff members were so kind (shout-out to Paula, Christopher, Jaime, Ordea, and Carol for their above & beyond service). We were able to easily arrange taxi trips to other nearby resorts, including Skylark at the seven-mile beach. We really loved staying on the cliffs and splitting our time between Catcha and the sandy beach.
What really made this place great was the food at Ivan's. Ivan's was much better food and more reasonably priced than all of the other resorts in Negril. The menu was expansive and never disappointed.

We just returned from our second stay at Catcha. I guess I forgot to write a review the first time, we literally left the day before Covid closed everything March 2020. We swore that we’d return and decided to spend Thanksgiving week here.
First time, we stayed in Coral, this time we stayed above it in Sky. I actually liked Sky better, it has an unobstructed view of the grounds, ocean and is completely private. We love the huge deck in the tops of the trees, sounds of doves and distant roosters fill the morning air. It is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It is not, however, stuffy in any way. We made friends with staff and guests. We enjoyed being greeted by the resident dogs, watching the party boats sail into Rick’s while taking in the most beautiful sunsets in the world over the turquoise waters.
We have strolled pretty far down West End road, which is a hoot. For those not inclined, there are always taxis ready. You must experience the many restaurants in West End, meeting and supporting the locals, but it’s really tough not eating at Ivan’s daily. The food is amazing. They have a new chef, we enjoyed meeting him! The menu is the best in Negril, imo, and even small details are perfect. There were several birthday parties and groups during the evenings; it was obvious that locals come here for special meals.
A dilemma for some is whether to try different hotels/experiences in a place you love. It’s going to be nearly impossible to do that, Catch will forever call me back, holding a very special place in my heart. Thanks to the best staff for a perfect week!

From the time you get to the resort to the time you leave, the staff is absolutely FANTASTIC! The accommodations are very clean and very nice! The views are spectacular. I just love staying at Catcha. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality and professionalism.
