We explained to you when you arrived that your booking came through after the stop sale was in place. Your holiday provider informed us that they would find another hotel for you to stay at as the issue was not our fault.
My very professional staff realized that you had been traveling for a long time and personal mobility could be an issue. We relocated some other guests in order to accommodate you (which is why you were in our system the next day). No staff members had any reason to avoid you because we solved the issue for you.
No guest was ever denied access to the restaurant or bar at any time. We had a large group staying with us but other guests regularly bought food and beverage at our facilities.
To accommodate the large group the meal services were buffet style. After the group left, meal services returned to the regular a la carte service.
We hope that after the clarity we provided, you would consider removing your review.
