I found this restaurant by way of Google maps, and I'm very glad I did.
We started with some excellent empanadas and grilled cheese and bread, and then I had one of the best steaks I've had in a long time.
The service was quick and friendly, so overall an excellent evening and would recommend if you are in the area.
Don't forget as well that the Spanish Don't eat early, so it doesn't open until 8pm

This place is a hidden gem. It isn’t well advertised if you search a typical maps app or travel guide for good places to eat. The appetisers were good and the steaks were delicious. One of the best places we went to eat in Barcelona

This is a restaurant within walking distance of the SB Glow Hotel. We called in without a reservation and we were given a table. Surrounded by locals we had a fabulous meal which was cooked to perfection. Service was quick but they allowed you time between courses if wanted. We enjoyed it so much we booked to return the following night!! Fabulous evening.

We were in town for a month, and visited Ayres del Sur a couple of times to scratch our Argentine cuisine itch. Over our visits, we had the choripan, entraña, and pulpo (octopus). All 3 were outstanding. And, I can honestly say, having eaten at a lot of Argentine restaurants in Barcelona, that the choripan, entraña, and pulpo were all the best that we tried. The choripan in particular was incredible. I'd rank it the 2nd best choripan I've tried anywhere (and I say that having lived in Buenos Aires for 5 years).

What a nice expérience!
We began with the “house” salad with Duck ! Very nice choice.
The meat was amazing good ! Entraña / beef
Nice team ! Lovely waitress.
And nice place.
We’ll come again for sure !

Lovely little bar restaurant just off a main street, Diagonal, into the centre if Barcelona
Very friendly staff who kindly spoke English.
I had some lite bites at lunchtime (1pm onwards) freshly prepared on the premises.

Wonderful night. Such great food. We started with Cesar salad - not traditional but quite excellent. Then had the cheese dip - honestly not sure what cheese they used but amazing!!! We then shared the Entraña - like a churrasco steak. It was excellent. And the service from Luciana was fabulous - she was so attentive and kind!

The service was good.
The ambiance was nice and cozy and the food was amazing.
We had the menu of the day and everything was great: from the bread to the desert.
I would totally recommend this place!

Very nice place, tasty, big plates, friendly and very helpful service. Highly recommend to visit if you like argentinian cuisine and want to try some really authentic dishes from there.

Went on a rainy, midweek night in September, with myself, partner and 11-month old. Was very quiet with just one other couple in the restaurant. I had the tenderloin, medium rare, with a side potato - was amazing, so tender. My partner had the fish special (dorado), which came as the full fish with bones, but was excellent quality. Had a wonderful bottle of Spanish wine, and two desserts I want to go back for, and still under $30 EUR per person. The music playlist (acoustic/mellow covers of 1960's-current music) really worked for us. They had a proper highchair (IKEA brand - my favourite the world over). Would go back in an instant. Great service. Juan was extremely helpful and caring. I had chicken and Catalan vegetables and my wife had chicken Caesar salad with baked potato. Meats were amazing. Portions were great for the price. Definitely our new go-to spot when we are in Barcelona.

As n English speaking tourist this place was very welcoming. The service was excellent and the food and drink was very good and great value. Including tip, it worked out at around €30 a head for three courses and drinks. Very very good.

We were welcomed very nicely, the menu is small but really good. I chose the fish of the day - being a grilled seabass, which was with 13 EURs compared to other restaurants a real bargain.
The meat of my friend was a bit too rare for her taste - but it was not a problem, to put it again in the pan. Really good food, nice service, a good value for money. Absolutely recomandable.
