We were staying opposite this cafe at the Intercontinental hotel. We went out on our first night looking for some where to have breakfast the following morning - we ended up going here every morning of our stay!
Lots of different delicious healthy options & others that weren’t quite so healthy! Smoothies & juices & all freshly made. Good coffees too.

We were looking for a breakfast that would provide unique and delicious options and Sec certainly did. The French toast was heavenly; the fruit accompaniment was ripe even in Jan. We also tried the Sec sandwich which was a delightful mix of protein and flavors to energize us got the day. We didn't have room for sweets but we could hear those who did compliment the flavors. Menus and service were available in English.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Sec Brunch, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The food was incredibly fresh, absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was truly top-notch, and the restaurant's elegant decor provided a comfortable atmosphere that added to the overall charm.
It was a wonderful treat that didn't disappoint. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving Sec Brunch a try – it's a culinary gem!

The food we ate (a vegan bagel and a mango salad) was delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful. When you have enough of all the noice of Barcelona, this is the ideal spot to relax. And last but not least, the staff is really kind!!

Found this lovely restaurant when looking for some breakfast one morning. The service was excellent and the staff all very friendly. Would recommend the eggs Benedict.food was all cooked fresh and reasonably priced. sited close to the intercontinental hotel on the main road.would highly recommend this place.

What a amazing place. It’s in the lovely neighbourhood Poble Sec and close to plaza españa and across the rod of the continental hotel. The service is ultra friendly and genuine. They have super super super nice beer (strong) and a menu to die. The only issue is that they have to many super nice things on the menu so you will need to be a strong person to choose ( or just come back). The cakes are great too! I took a cookie hole with me but it never arrived there. It was way to yummie!

We’re staying in Barcelona for a month, in an Airbnb in the same building as SEC Brunch. Just wow! I would say head here when the novelty of tapas, frittata, meatballs, croquetas and paella wears off… but you should skip the middle bit and just go there right now. We shared a plate of their delicious nachos (with avocado and mango and chilli… and just incredible). We also had a couple of coffees and a homebaked cooked. Service was great, staff all friendly, Cristina, Samuel, Pablo. Superb menu with Salmon eggs benny amongst other things. Very popular with the folks from the Hotel Intercontinental across the road too. Definitely going to return befoe we leave - obviosuly the clue is in the name, but we wish they were open for dinner. Nice surroundings, a candle on the table - could not go wrong.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Decently priced for great quality. Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We ate here multiple times during our stay as it was directly across from our hotel. Consistent quality every time -

I would highly recommend this place! It is located at a very busy road where you can take a breath from all the noise once you get inside. The decoration is really pretty with a lot of plants and beach vibes. The food was delicious. Also they use fresh and environment friendly products. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Had a lovely light family lunch at this litte place. Team had salmon/avocado sandwiches, club sandwiches and pancakes. All very fresh and tasty.
Plus for the homemade lemonade and ice tea.

I went to this cafe for breakfast. Located near Plaza España and next to the Intercontinental Hotel where I stayed.
