The MB Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, garners mixed reviews for its value, with guests appreciating the beach services and prime location despite some concerns over unexpected fees. While the modern décor of the rooms is acknowledged, issues such as odors and variable sizes are noted.
The hotel's beach access and cleanliness receive praise, though the limited food service and room amenities leave some guests wanting more. A relaxed and contemporary atmosphere contributes to a lowkey but enjoyable experience, and the staff's commendable service, especially at the beach, stands out to many travelers.

We booked this hotel so we could enjoy one last day at the beach after our cruise and rest up for a long journey home.
The hotel is smaller and very quaint. I forgot to take pictures of the lobby, but I really loved the colorful heart wall.
The pool was not big, but it is a nice, clean pool. There are pool chairs set in the shallow side, although the birds came at dusk to join us.
The beach access is immediately available and the water was clean, calm, clear, and warm. While it was busy, it was not so crowded you couldn’t enjoy it. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent, but we just utilized the chairs and umbrellas at the pool.
The room was not big, but modern and contemporary in style. The bathroom was clean and included basic toiletries with a fresh air scent that I enjoyed. The stairway near our room had the same nice scent. The bathroom had a towel hanger that fanned out so we could dry our swimsuits. The floor was tile. The room included a small mini refrigerator. The room stayed nice and cool the entire time we were there. Finally, our bed was okay. The bedding was soft, but it was not my favorite mattress for sleeping. It seemed a bit like a futon mattress instead of a regular mattress.
Food options at the resort are beach resort prices. We didn’t order food, although it looked good. Breakfast is not included, but there is an option to eat an American continental breakfast on the top floor with an ocean view for $18.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, air conditioning excellent. Bathroom offers shampoo, conditioner and body wash in on the wall dispensers.
Front desk staff always friendly.
Hotel location is great. Love brunch across the street is a great breakfast option. Otherwise so many restaurants to chose from fir lunch and dinner.
Only complaint-for $30 daily resort fee, the beach towels could be updated and the pool loungers are showing wear.
Would chose this hotel again if staying in North Beach.

This boutique hotel is right on the ocean! I went there with a couple of girlfriends. As a diamond member of Wyndam, we were upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds, a pullout couch, and a balcony (street view). The room was large for 3 of us. The only downside was the lack of mirrors to use to get ready if you weren't in the bathroom. The only mirror was above the couch (which when pulled out, is unusable due to spacing). There was no fan in the bathroom. At night the outside of the hotel is lit up in a blue light. The curtains do no block out that light, so it never gets completely dark. Being on the street side we were worried about traffic noise, but it was not a problem. The hotel has a very nice pool with a bar nearby where you can order drinks or food. An amazing walkway along the back of all the hotels and condos is convenient for walking, bike riding, or rollerskating. The hotels offer 2 free chairs and an umbrella for guests, so we had to pay for the third chair. The beach is nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast at the hotel, but one was offered. We went across the street to a place called Love Brunch. Excellent! There is a free trolley you can take all the way down to South Beach, which we did. It was about a 15 min ride. Overall, I would stay here again.

We loved the non-pretentious, low key, vintage Miami vibe of this small boutique hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The location is perfect for us—you could walk or bike to fabulous restaurants but not be in the loud area of Miami further south. The reason why we have a rating of 8 for recommending it to a friend is because it would not be the right fit for some of our friends that like larger pools & a livelier atmosphere. We would happily come back to this hotel 100%.

The water in the pool was very cold (beginning of November). Also, being located at the front why not a salted water pool??? It's so much healthier. The lack of a restaurant / bar (opening hours) in the hotel is a massive miss. After 4 pm there is no way of getting coffee or a meal. The breakfast room was absolutely frizzing i asked about making it a little warmer they told me this was impossible. Reception did not know if the bar could serve coffee with alternative plant-based milk. Those are basics... I had to wash few of the clothing items this was impossible on site, hotel did not even suggest where i could get it done. Location: its far from everywhere. Ideally look for the place which is located within hop in and hop off lines then you know your are in a good location. It was way to far from everywhere. No ramp for stroller in front of the hotel either. It is a small establishment.

Stayed 5 nights in a king beachfront balcony. We were overwhelmed by the recently updated beautiful room and bath. The state of the art smart tv (5k!) had an App Library and allowed us to access our YouTubeTV account, the streaming was spot on. The clarity was amazing. Our balcony view of the pool and ocean made our daily views spectacular. Beach access steps away from the pool. Pool area was fantastic and the addition of the poolside bar(currently under construction) will be quite convenient, although expect the drink prices to be quite high as they add gratuity and resort fees to every drink purchased. Breakfast available daily but was pricey as well. Resort fees cover pool/beach towels, ice buckets, and 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Don’t let the smaller sized building fool you into thinking it isn’t a nice place. It allows more personalized service! Plus it is part of the Wyndham hotel group so you add points with each stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of our last minute trip reservation and highly recommended this facility.

Room had a wet/moldy smell. Breakfast on rooftop was not worth $18. The view was great. Staff is nice. Access to the beach from hotel was perfect right off the pool… umbrellas, and lounge chairs were set up for your use on the beach.

Cute little hotel in North Miami Beach. We had a completely renovated room (not sure if they all are). Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Right on the beach - beach chairs and umbrella are included in the resort fee. Why I didn’t give it a 5: Pool is not heated. This may be the norm nowadays but if you want to check in early you will get charged. But they will hold your luggage and give you beach towels as an option. TV was too technologically advanced for me. Couldn’t figure it out even after calling the front desk.

First of all, do not trust the amenities listed below. When you call, and you should call, you will find that breakfast NOT INCLUDED and it is $18 per person if you want to eat. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED and that is also $18 plus tax per night in an over crowded open parking lot! No water, no coffee, absolutely no hospitality other than your basic room. Have to go to the front desk for ice. Their espresso is not for common folks. Your view is two huge high rise hotels on both sides. Doesn’t seem to be too friendly to English speaking people. Feels more like a family hotel for folks other than Americans who speak English. They don’t hold the room. Once you reserve, your card is charged the full amount! They don’t believe in explanation and don’t think they need to explain. Absolute garbage for $250.

Great little hotel on a beautiful sandy beach. Resort fee includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella already set for you and towels for each guest which you can replace any time. About 10 minutes from airport. Not in the nightlife section but if you’re looking for a great quiet and clean beach. This is it!
