Liked · The service was exceptional. Before we arrived Revital, the guest manager, called us to give us her personal phone number in case we needed anything. All staff members we met from reception to breakfast were incredibly helpful and polite. We were upgraded to a suite on the 19th floor with an incredible view of the sea. The facilities although we didn't use them because we were only there overnight looked very good- a large indoor pool and a large gym with lots of equipment. Everywhere was very clean and I think they are in the process of renovating the hotel bit by bit; the lobby floor looked modern and new, including the gym and pool. Our bedroom had a modern bathroom with a great shower and I think the floors have been redone in most areas of the hotel.
Disliked · The breakfast area needs to be spruced up. Our bedroom furniture was quite old fashioned though the beds were very comfortable.

Great location with sea view. Spacious parking lot. Although the hotel is not new, it’s spacious suites are very clean and well maintained! Each suite is equipped with a safe box, fridge, electric stove, two TV sets, bad room has a door and a big balcony with a view to the sea. The suite has many storage places do it’s actually a small apartment you can live in for some time. The staff is very responsive, and the food is fresh and good. They have a swimming pool, Gymboree and a SPA area.

It needs a complete overhaul! We just came brim there a week ago and it is incredibly run down and every place you look it needs a complete gut. After checking in and being in a state of shock and going back down to the front desk, we were told that we can come back next year, as it is being completely renovated. If you even have to say that, then shut it down and start it. At the front desk, the office door was propped over by a large 5-gallon water jug. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was outstanding. The location is so nice too, but this has sincerely been one of the worst places we have ever stayed at.

We stayed at the hotel, several families with young kids. The pool was great and the breakfast buffet was rich and fresh but unfortunately that's where the good things I have to say about this hotel end. The reception staff was incredibly rude when we discovered there was an error with our reservation. For an entire day we didn't have hot water (a hotel-wide problem). Nobody communicated with us about the problem, when we called the reception again and again to ask when will we have hot water they didn't pick up the phone. My husband went downstairs to talk to them and they placed two gaurds so that the frustrated guests won't be able to get to the hotel management. My brother was able to reach the reception on the phone and the responses he got were unbelievable. "There's no hot water". "I don't know why", "No expected resolution". Short, blunt and rude. Nobody apologized or offered any compensation. We washed the children in the bath by boiling hot water on the stove like in the dark ages (only with a bill of over $700 a night and an unimaginable rude attitude to go along). The rooms are big and spacious but highly neglected. The wallpaint is peeling off in some places and the carpet was wet in my sister's room which she was forced to stay in after her request to change rooms went simply ignored... If you want to visit Netanya, do yourself a favor and stay away from Ramada Netanya. For the price range of mid-Manhattan you deserve a lot more than what this hotel can offer. Maybe if the staff gets refreshed and re-educated to acknowledge the importance of service but not until then...

Bugs, black mold, and generally unclean (see photos). During this time of the COVID-19 coronavirus, one would think that the cleaning staff would pay particular attention to sanitation, but this is not the case at the Ramada Netanya. The bathroom was unclean, the carpets were stained, and the bedroom did not smell fresh. In addition, there were many small bugs in the kitchen area and tiny brownish bugs in the bathroom (see photo). The phone was not connected to the wall, there was a notepad but the pen was missing, and other annoyances that shouldn’t go with the Ramada brand. It’s a pity because I stayed at the Ramada Netanya when they first opened several years ago, and I was expecting to have the same experience, but things have really gone downhill. Although I don’t normally pay too much attention to hotel maintenance, it should be known that the paint in the room is bubbling and also peeling off on the balcony (see photos). I realize that Netanya has a humid climate, so walls must be painted more frequently, but it still goes to show that the hotel’s maintenance is poor. Overall, I wouldn’t make the Ramada Netanya my first choice in the future, and I would inspect the room carefully before agreeing to spend a night. On the positive side, the rooms are decently large, and you get a small microwave and bar fridge, as well as stove top, which is nice. However, considering all the problems it has, it’s not worth more than one hundred dollars a night.. and only if you don’t have any other choice. If proper cleanliness and sanitation is an issue for you, don’t even consider staying at this hotel.

We stayed for one night on 11th August (2 adults and 2 children under 10 yo). Upon checking in we were told that we need our B2 forms to avoid paying our tax. Sadly we didn’t have them with us but we’re told that we could email them in and that the payment of around £300 would be paid back to us immediately. It has now been nearly a week, nothing has been received and they have not responded to a single chaser email. When you phone they say that it’s been passed to the accounting team and will be paid straight away.
The hotel itself is ok (the room was clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were stunning). What lets the hotel down is the pool (and the poolside restaurant).
Despite the numerous signs telling people not to smoke around the pool, several people were happy to light up their cigarettes without any consideration for others. In addition there were about 5 people who thought it was appropriate to smoke weed in the pool around young children. The “lifeguard” on duty did absolutely nothing about it but at the same time I don’t think he would have noticed someone drowning as he was so engrossed by his phone. Luckily my children are not of the age where they could identify the different between a joint and a cigarette but they did ask what the funny smell was. It would also appear that many of these people were locals who had paid to use the facilities rather than hotel guests which made the pool completely overcrowded… again, none of the staff seemed bothered. Nor did they seem bothered about the cigarette buts, plasters and general rubbish which by 4pm was covering the pool deck.
The only place to eat in the hotel is at the poolside restaurant which was filthy. They menu was diverse serving everything from chicken breast with chips, to seasoned chicken breast with chips to breaded chicken breast with chips. No matter which chicken dish you had, your plate was automatically loaded with chips. For four people, it cost just over £60 (this may be due in part to the terrible rate but the food wasn’t worth a tenth of that).
I would like to think we just came on a bad day for the hotel but reading other reviews on this hotel, sadly I think this is just the norm.

They have made an effort to update the place the bathroom has an excellent shower and the rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette . All the rooms face the sea which is great . The pool was fine which lots of place to sit , although they closed at 5:50 which is ridiculous in the summer . So where else is the downside ? First of all the rooms were dirty I found left over snacks under the bed and there was hair and who knows what ( I didn’t check) in the living room area) . The dining room for breakfast was both unbelievably noisy and the warm food was actually cool even the eggs (shaksuka) . I didn’t bother waiting for the omelets since the line was over 10 deep. There is no room service and ice is only available in the kitchen – if you can find someone. If you go to the porch the ceiling is peeling. I hope they are in middle of a major face lift. In short although this may be ok for a family as far as room but there are other hotels at the same price which are probably a better deal. One last point there are no reading lights in the bedroom If your partner wants to read the only light is an overhead light which means you need eye shades.
I did a review of the Ramada Hadera beach hotel a few years ago which was a disaster and filthy . I wrote them and they never replied which wasn’t surprising. For me “twice bitten three times shy”. I tend to give a second chance - not a third.

Adequate. No more, no. Less. We got a good price and when we got to the room we understood why - the windows and sills were dirty, with leftover cigaret buds, the bath and mirror were stained and chipped, no personal shampoo, and the towels had seen thousands of previous washes. The location is great, the price was great, but definately doesnt deserve the ramada logo or expectations... Expect a lacking 4, 3star hotel and you ll enjoy your stay. The breakfast was generous, in a noisy hall. And dont bother using the internal room phone to call for questions or service, no one will answer

Ok location and big rooms. I however booked specifiically as the hotel had a gym/fitness
in reality that facility is closed late afternoon and not opened until 9am. i was then asked to pay to use this small gym whereas it is clearly included in the advertized rate. not great practice

One of the shoddiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy, we had to clean the rooms ourselves on arrival as the cleaners clearly don’t know what to do. The room is falling apart with torn curtains and half the lightbulbs not working.
Avoid this hotel if possible

It is 15 minutes walk north or south, to nearest beach with lifeguard, etc.
Walking distance you have only food court with great options: Landwer, ice cream place, Hamburgers restaurant and general store

Hi I am really sorry I have not stayed there but only eaten there , as for food there are places in Natanya that are open not too far from the hotel or the other direction in Poleg , no idea about the check in times for the hotel you should ask them directly but Shabbat finishes around 5 , good luck
There are more places to choose from in the Netanya area.
