Chose to stay here this time for a "change" with the usual hotels we stay in HK. First, the minimalist design and feel already is an escaoe from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. Second, the location is very near Tin Hau station, Victoria Park, Causeway Bay and the funky neighborhood of Tai Hang, which means a lot of choices for dining, shopping etc. Taxi's are always available around. They also have a good selection on their mini bar. But the nicest feature of this hotel is the warm and friendly service of the staff, from Nathalie at the reception to our friendly doorman who always greets us by name. They were very accommodating, in fact they offered us to check-in early when they saw us looking quite tired from our flight from Europe. We didn't even have to ask. This was great and very helpful.

They also left my husband a nice note and gift for his birthday!

During check-out they accompanied us until the taxi with a big smile on their faces. Amazing!

Thanks again TUVE team. We'll see you again soon!

All the best,
Priscilla and Stefano Tomasiello

Chosen Tuve hotel for a 1 night stay since I have always wanted to try out this hk design hotel and it surely didn't let me down !

Given the virus situation in hk, the hotel seemed had tried their best to implement preventive measures to ensure guest's stay are comfortable and safe . When we reached the hotel, the staff came out to greet us with their masks on . As we reached the first floor lobby, the front office staff helped us to measure our body temperature and provided us with hand sanitizers to clean our hands . Due to safety purposes , we were required to declare our past travel history record. I had booked the comfort room , but the staff had upgraded me to the premier room. They explained that due to safety and enjoyment of guests , they tried to allocate one guest booking to each floor. During our stay we also noticed that the housekeeping staff was cleaning the building quite regularly and public areas have been sanitised.

Overall I do recommend to stay at Tuve given the good service provided by their staff , the decent premier room as well as the clean environment. Also it's a great deal as well ! Do enjoy a stay there!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend over Christmas, although slightly on the pricier end due to the holidays, I truly enjoyed my stay there. Location wise, the hotel is conveniently located near Tin Hau and Victoria Park, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the streets. Convenient stores and supermarkets are just a minute away.

The rooms were extremely clean and conformable to stay in and the amenities were also available for its guests. Bath robes were provided in the room and one thing to mention, is that the ventilation system in the toilet was also strong enough in removing the humidity that stays behind after you shower.

Overall great experience and i'd definitely visit again!

The room is very clean. The soaps are amazing. The towels and bedding are always clean. The TV could have better connectivity or channels but it's okay as it's not the type of hotel where you'd spend the whole day there.

Breakfast coupon is redeemable for $98 at the restaurant downstairs. I wish this was more clear as that meant 3 of the 6 items on the menu are included in this breakfast voucher.

I would visit again for its cleanliness and location. Probably won't opt for the breakfast again as the time frame for breakfast is quite narrow (9 am to 11 am) or (9:30 to 11:30 am).

The washroom is much better orientated in the premier King room than the basic room even though the bed size is relatively similar.

I have yet to try the Black/White rooms so maybe one day I'll get an upgrade or a good Agoda special for it! From $5xx to 6xx, this hotel is a fantastic deal. But their black/white rooms at close to $1xxx make it a bit pricey for the space and amenities offered.

This was the third time I stayed at Tuve, and as always, it was a great experience. The hotel is like a quiet, calm sanctuary in the bustling city, a great place to come home to for relaxation after a busy day. The modern design is minimalist, which makes the space feel serene. And it has one of the best showers! It is centrally located, which is especially great if you're on a short trip as it is quick and easy to get everywhere. And the staff is friendly and always helpful and accommodating with hotel related things, as well as with where to go in the city, how to get there, etc. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

I stayed here for a night. The interior design of this hotel is great; however, they obviously missed to implement the room acoustic design for sound insulation. The room adjacent to ours was holding a party throughout the night. They were screaming, talking loudly, dropping things continuously onto the concrete floor, moving furniture around and etc. It was terrible as I could still hear the noise with earplugs!!!

I called the concierge hotline twice and believed the hotel representative had asked them to lower their volume by phone as well as in person. But it didn't help at all. I could not be able to sleep until 6am so I requested the hotel to postpone my checkout time to gain some more resting time, but their booking is too full to cater my need in the long weekend.

But I would like to strongly recommend the hotel to carry out some noise barriers to avoid the next guest suffering or implement the penalty like charging the deposit to the noisy guests!!

We do have various different bedroom configurations and layouts, in different locations across the Hotel. Please be assured that your feedback has been duly noted, and I know that should you consider staying with us again, we can find the perfect and quiet allocation where you will be most comfortable.

I have ever had the best stay in Tuve hotel so far.

To be honest, I seldom pick boutique hotel as my accommodation before as I always have a misconception about the facilities and the room environment of a boutique hotel which is not up to standard, but this experience totally changes my mind.

Even though the entrance is very hard to spot, the exterior looks like under construction site, it looks very outstanding around the area. Next to some iron/ rusted metal partitions, there is a hidden doorway, it’s kinda mysterious at the first glance. Then take a lift to the first floor is a reception area. It’s doesn’t look like a conventional front desk, it’s a huge brass counter and a staff greet us with a big friendly smile, and all the check-In is not exactly face to face, the staff is like your friends who chat with you and let you know all the necessary info. The decor on the first floor is like a art gallery with le labo perfume samples to try on, it creates very relaxing atmosphere with a coffee machine. Coffee + perfume combo will definitely enlighten our sensory organs.

Our room is a premier room which is a great surprise to us. It’s very spacious and the light is very comfortable, not too bright or not too dim, also the ceiling light is one of the highlights to me as it’s not ordinary dangling type, it maximise the height between the bed and the ceiling. And the lights rail are installed on the floor, not on the ceiling, which is very special and creates a sense of floating high in the sky, I don’t know why, my personal feeling literally, however I do enjoy this design.

But there is just one reading light installed next to the bed, not both sides. The closet, the work desk as well as the armchair are nicely designed, can see how much effort the designer have been made on it. The wall is very raw but with some gold paint on it, subtle but with luxe. The bathroom is absolutely a masterpiece of this room. It’s huge and so beautiful. I think it’s a luxury design.

The room is so interesting and I am very hoppy to explore, all the basic amenities are well presented too. Yet, I would suggest if there is a bigger luggage rack available, that would be nicer. And if a coat hanger stand or some hooks embedded on the wall near the door, then will be more convenient for guests.

The Staff is wonderful. She is super friendly and tell us a lot about this hotel. I love the interactions like this, feel like we are the home guest, very genuine attitude and professional at the same time, a big thumb up to the staff members.

All in all, I will come back again for sure. And I would recommend to my friends n family to stay. I hope more and more people know about this hotel. Keep up the good work, Tuve Hotel. A hidden gem in HK.

This was an amazing staycation! The hotel is exquisitely designed and I had a lovely stay at TUVE.
The location is central and the staff is incredibly helpful, especially the
receptionist and cleaners. They maintain a very high standard of
hygiene so I felt clean and safe during my stay. I loved the large, open shower area with luxury bath amenities from Le Labo. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the lighting in the room was very calming and beautifully highlighted the minimalist design. Hope to return some day soon!

Stayed again at Tuve on my recent visit to Hong Kong. This is the second time I have stayed in this property. Before booking this hotel the first time, I’ve read many mixed reviews in TA and I believe that it’s either one will like this hotel or they won’t. I for one appreciate minimalism in mostly everything so a hotel with a minimalistic theme would be suitable for my taste.

I have read several comments pointing out that this hotel is a bit difficult to find as the hotel does not have a signage outside. Well, there is a signage but it is engraved on a metal plate the size of a door mat that is on the ground right before the main entrance and the engraving is really small, just about the size of engravings on manhole covers. But this is done intentionally, of course, and is all part of the concept and the intrigue.

Their reception is at the first floor and check-in and check-out is swift and efficient and the front desk personnel are very helpful and accommodating.

Other plus factors are… 1) the location is in an area that is less touristy and yet it is only stops away from the more commercial areas via MTR with the Tin Hau MTR station being a 5 minute walk away. 2) there are many small restaurants near the hotel varying from Chinese, Thai, Singaporean, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Middle Eastern, etc. I highly recommend Ki’s Roasted Goose which is just a block away for its various HK roasts.

This hotel has excellent value for Hong Kong and I would definitely come back.

This was my second time staying at TUVE and yet again I had an amazing experience. The esthetic and attention to detail not only in the design of the building, interior and rooms but in choice of complimentary products is class-A.

After a long day of hustle and bustle in the metropolis of Hong Kong, TUVE is like a quiet oasis, and it's calming effect is clearly deliberate and well executed.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to Causeway Bay and Central, with the metro station within only a few min walk. Whether you are looking for shops, bars or restaurants, of any class and nationality, it is only a walk or quick tube-ride away. The other guests, which you seldom notice, seemed to be of all ages, background and nationalites, which makes us happy. It is great to see more people internationally notice this gem.

Like last time, which was 3 years ago, my partner and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return at a later occasion.

You may get to the Hotel by the following transportation methods: 1. MTR(55-60min): Take the MTR from Airport to Tin Hau Station (interchange Airport Express to Island Line at Hong Kong Station, then walk about 5 min Central station). Then, Get out from Exit A2, go straight and walk along to Tsing Fung Street. Turn right to walk about 30-40s, you will see a whole black building without any name. That's the Hotel. Fees: Adult: HK$110 (Octopus Card)/HK$115 (Single Way Ticket) Children/Elderly: HK$55 (Octopus Card)/HK$57.5 (Single Way Ticket) 2. Bus(75-95min): Take the Route E11 from Airport to the terminus stop(Tin Hau Station). Go to Electric Road(just behind the Bus station), then go straight to Tsing Fung Street and turn right to walk about 30-40s, you will see a whole black building without any name. That's the Hotel. Fees: Adult: HK$21 (Single Way) Children/Elderly: HK$10.5 (Single Way) I do not recommend to take taxi to get there since some of the HK taxi drivers do not behaved well. If you wish to take taxi, just call Uber, the fees is about HK$330-HK$400.
