First of all, when I checked in the lady was absolutely amazing and was extremely friendly. That’s were the fun stopped.

My room smelled and my neighbor reported bed bugs. Dinner was okay, but I would rather eat out.

The morning was even worse. While waiting for my ride the smell of cigarettes wafted into the main area and when I told the front desk guy he argued that it’s illegal to smoke inside. I told him people were smoking right there (and pointed to the back door). He looked and did nothing because they were outside.

Would I stay here again? Never.

Stayed here for 1 night and the only Positive thing was its proximity to the beach. The room was small and dated, with very basic amenities. Breakfast spread as well as staff services were average. There are definitely better hotels to choose from.

My husband and I stayed at the Sea.Net Hotel for 5 days in Fall 2004. We found the room to be very small, but clean and modern. The breakfast is ample and free, which is nice. The location is great. Near the beach, Carmel Market, and lots of shopping and street life. We highly recommend the Sea.Net Hotel.

At first I was skeptical as I entered the sea net hotel, but once I saw the caring staff and the spacious rooms I felt right at home. The rooms had space for me, my friends, and all our luggage. The bathrooms were sanitary and convenient due to the fact that you can reach all the bathrooms amenities all from the comfort of the toilet. More than that, the sea net has beautiful views of the most “authentic” parts of Tel Aviv. To top that all off they serve a ”memorable” breakfast and dinner with many delicious options to choose from. Overall best hotel of my life and would highly recommend for anyone with a desire to have a bad time

At first glance, the sea net hotel in Tel Aviv looked great. The lobby is clean, it has a dining room, conference room, and ~65 rooms. However, with a closer look, there is chipping paint, an unwelcoming staff, and an elevator that works 50% of the time. Once we arrived in the room, we instantly noticed the smell. The curtains, beds, sheets, carpet, and entire room smelled of smoke. When we approached the staff to help irrigate the smell, they gave us the “cleaning spray” and told us to do it ourselves. This “cleaning spray” smelled even worse than the smoke smell. Speaking of the sheets, on my 4th night I found a used band aid in the bed, and my friends found feces and blood stains. The housekeeping in the sea net hotel needs work, and that is a fact. There was even mold growing on the walls and the keycards to the rooms stopped working. We were even locked out to the bathroom and we’re told to fix it ourselves. The inside of the elevator was clean only every other day and only worked sometimes. While in the elevator we decided to visit the other floors to see if they were as bad as ours, when we reached floor 5, we found that it was completely unfinished, the walls are not up, wires are everywhere, machinery is everywhere, and mattresses were covering the floor. The roof wasn’t much better. On the roof, there is an entire shed filled with mattresses and chairs. There is also an abandoned bar and the leftovers of a bar/ restaurant. We even found some alcohol in a drawer. Finally, the food. The breakfast eggs were watery, and “melted our insides with each bite”. The rest got eh breakfast food was dry and looked like it was made by 5 year olds and not professional chefs. The best part was the toast. The dinner was constantly a mystery meat and when we asked what it was, we were declined an answer. The rice that accompanied the meat didn’t taste real. Overall, the Sea Net hotel is a sad replacement for what it once seemed to be. It seems like it could become its former self again with lots of work. The management team needs to step it up and take a role in bringing this hotel back. The one saving grace of the Sea Net hotel is its close proximity to the beach and the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the roof.

I arrived at the hotel with high hopes. Alas, my hopes were promptly beaten to death. This must have been what has happened to the previous occupants of the room I was in because there was blood on the pillows. At least they died happy, how do I know this? Well, there are pubes and cum stains on the VERY uncomfortable bed. They have also opted for a rather silly idea of having their keycards be one time use seeing as I keep having to get reception to get mine to work again. That is when the receptionist is not playing on his phone. There is Aircon... That blows dust directly into your face and the rooms do have the added bonus of coming with free friends in the form of bed bugs. How thoughtful of them. I would say that they need to hire a new cleaner but I think that they should just start by, well, hiring a cleaner. In terms of food, they have schnitzel that is simultaneously dry and soggy. What a miracle! They also have a tray of oil with a side of potatoes. 0/10 do not recommend. Staying in this "hotel" makes me envy the homeless.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The rooms were absolutely filthy. The mattresses were awful. The bathrooms were dirty. Somehow I left every day feeling dirtier. The towels had stains on them. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Our first visit to the Sea Net Hotel,Tel Aviv! If ,like us, excellent air-con, blackout-lined curtains & a quiet location are essential for a good nights sleep, the Seanet has all three! It also has a roof terrace, which is wonderful as the hotel doesn't, have any balconies. You can sunbathe, eat some fresh bread & fruit at a table for lunch, admire a fantastic view of the city. But be warned - don't have a room on the top (5th) floor because it's below this roof terrace & groups of young people - particularly on Friday & Saturday nights - will clatter up/down the stone steps, partying-away extremely noisily till till 3-4am , which the hotel is powerless to stop. Otherwise this hotel is great value, staff who try to solve any complaints, bright modern rooms & five minutes from the sea.Breakfast fine for the price (although fresh juice & fruit would have been nice). Highly recommmended!

Great hotel, very nice rooms, not too big though and you must get a corner room, two windows and they are slightly bigger than the normal rooms. The aircon is very cold so becareful. The staff are great and very helpful, they also speak french and english. The breakfasts are very nice also. The location is perfect and the street is very quite considering its near Yarkon and Ben Yuhuda. IThe area looks rough but that's Tel Aviv for you. Try Benjamin Siegal for a good meal although they do expect you to book despite it never being full. Israelis don't eat out a great deal, particularly on a Friday and Saturday.

I stayed here as a chaperone for a group of teens and OMG what a dump! The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach. On a quiet street. The meals were decent. Otherwise... NO. Just... NO. This is not a place to take your family or for grown adults on vacation. The lobby may be pleasantly deceiving... but the same people that clean the rooms also run the front desk and do food service. My room literally had someone's Benadryl pills on the floor, hair on the wall of the shower, mold in the coffee maker, and disgusting brown stains on the pillow. I SLEPT ON MY BEACH TOWEL AND WORE PANTS IN BED! The thermostat had the numbers drawn on with a sharpie. TV did not work. Hairdryer was taped together with packing tape. Shower was so narrow, my elbows hit the walls when I tried to wash my hair. No counterspace, I had to put my toiletries in the window sill. Towels were from other hotels! I kid you not. And young people running up and down the stairs, through the halls, etc. I cannot believe that anyone gave this place anything other than a horrible rating. It was so bad that I feel I am stronger for having survived four nights there! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!
