Detailed Reviews
We stayed at Norms Tent and Trailer for a short stay to see Bridal Veil Falls. The falls are a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk. Providence Bay Beach is about 30 min drive away. Park itself was clean. We had a tent site and the view was spectacular. Washrooms were clean and stocked. Park was well maintained. Friendly staff. Water crystal clear. Grocery store a short drive away or little cafes close by. All short hours.

This place was so peaceful, beautiful...we were lucky to get a space under some beautiful trees. The wind and sun was so peaceful under them. We were treated well...we got wood and ice whenever we needed it. And lots of wood. The little beaches, although the water was rough, was so beautiful. Late at night we watched 100's of crayfish sifting through the beach foam for small shad-flies. It was so nice. Well maintained, clean and fresh!
I cant wait to go back. Thank you

Most amazing site we have had yet. Greeted and accommodated immediately as we didn’t realize the island was on a fire ban. We had camping neighbours that gave us charcoal to cook as we planned our first night cooking on the fire lol. The site was absolutely incredible. Huge and right on the water. Two toddlers who ended up being so sick. No one was rude at alllll to us as they were I’m sure not the most pleasant to listen to lol. I was told it’s can be challenging camping with toddlers little did I listen. It’s a hidden gem honestly

Friendly hosts, fabulous trailer sites close to the water of Lake Kagawong, very clean grounds, very quiet, mix of permanent and transient trailer sites, safe biking for kids but the playground is "tired", central washrooms have sinks, flush toilets, and shower but a little old but very clean, washer + drier on site. Wind off the lake kept mosquitoes to a minimum (July 10/15). Many wild song birds on the grounds so if you are a birder, this was a great place in evening and morning. Deer are common in the area - saw 5 deer over 2 days. Water and electrical for our trailer. There is a boat launch and small marina, but we did not use these.

This was our first tenting excursion as a married couple... we both lead busy lives in the city and to find a place like this to relax on our weekend off was amazing... I loved it there... the people were so friendly, the owners were courteous and friendly...The only thing I didn't like was that although the site was well groomed they could have raked up the long grass that was cut ... other than that it was awesome...

One o/n stay, pre-arranged. Met by friendly, helpful staff, 'Sam' and 'Steve''. Park is VERY close to 'Bridal Veil Falls' , a beautiful natural attraction.
Park was clean, well set-up, easy to navigate and provided all we needed for our brief stay whilst driving our Class B motorhome. Washroom/showers were clean and well-stocked. Small beach area which wouldn't possibly accommodate more than
?two? families, but perhaps we missed noticing a larger beach elsewhere,
Highly recommended!
