I came to San Pedro for work. Decided to stay at this hotel because i found an online deal making it rather cheap. The location is great you're in a good and safe area walking distance from 2 malls (multiplaza and citymall), fast food restaurants and across the street from 2 gas stations. They offer underground parking, breakfast buffet and have a coffee shop too. Hotel staff was very nice at all times, the rooms are quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the rooms are too dark for working purposes and that some parts of the hotel need some maintenance.

I traveled here on business, I have been in SPS four times and I wanted to change hotels because the one I previously stayed at was very outdated. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, they sent a taxi cab to pick me up, and gave me a friendly welcome. The problem started when I got hungry after I arrived. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site and even though there are several (if not many) places to eat near, the hotel is situated in a very busy area, not safe for anybody to walk at night, too many vehicles and not too many people walking on the streets. They do have a food delivery service from many restaurants that is overpriced. I decided to walk and get me some dinner but I would not do it again. After that day, I picked up my food after visiting my vendors and stayed at the hotel. The free breakfast is Americanized, imagine! In the land of the fresh fruit and coffee plantations galore, they did not have any fruit available and the coffee was mediocre. However, the orange juice was great. Their energy saving rooms were neat, guests have to use the room key to turn the lights and AC on and off. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, I needed a driver to take me to my visits and they found me a very honest one.

I stayed here on a weekend doing some business in SPS. The manager was great. I loved the small restaurant and their coffee was excellent. This is a good location across from 2 large malls and not too far from good restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

San Pedro Sula is known for its "Hot Spots" but this hotel is conveniently situated close to the City Mall in a very safe area - just a few steps away from the main hearth of the city. The staff is quiet not overly friendly like other places but nice and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Their energy saving rooms are great you have to use your room key to get the energy going - so it's not that the AC was not working.
The breakfast so ok.... not the best but ok and the internet speed was GREAT!
Recommend it to everyone.

I like a lot this hotel because of its location and prices, they hace a very good breakfast and the attendance was very profeesional. They also have the best coffee. This is one of the newest hotels in tpown (about 8 years)

Not worth it for the price they ask. Seems as though they don’t pay too much attention to details. I mean the A/C was really loud, the device where you put the key to turn the light on is not always working. Couldn’t get hot water in my shower, found candy wraps in one corner of my room. The plastic plates for breakfast look tacky and the tables don’t feel firm, they kept shaking while I ate. Not a true Holiday Inn Express experience IMO.

The hotel is old. The breakfast is below average, tasteless, you eat in plastic plates and plastic glasses. Choice of food and beverages is very poor. The air conditioning system in the room is old, which means you can get easily sick, and noisy. The rooms are extremely hot if you don't keep it on, but if you do it's noisy and points directly at the desk. Result, I keep it off and the heath is unbearable. Swimming pool is small and a little dirty. Tv flat screen in the room is old and yes there is a small coffee machine, but there is no spoons nor sugar nor a small fridge. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price they ask for, I would strongly recommend to look for an alternative hotel in the area.

Stayed one week for business. Met my expectations as a business traveler hotel with no unpleasant surprises. I was in room 601 at the end of the hall in a corner room and the WiFi was a bit spotty at times. I think the problem could be easily solved with an extender. Suggest better plastic cutlery. Something that does not bend. No restaurant in the hotel but the coffee shop off the entrance actually has quite good food for a coffee shop. Ten times better than nay Starbucks food. probably ate three lunches and three dinners there over the week stay. My colleagues used the pool and fitness center and said they met expectations and were adequate. Overall a good stay and I would recommend to those that do not need or want all the amenities of a full service hotel.

I've stayed at this Holiday in several times traveling from the US to Roatan. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff helpful. There's a nice pool and gym on site and it's within walking distance of Mall Multi Plaza and the City Mall.

I do not know the dimensions but can handle a group of 40 although I doubt they have 40 lounge chairs. It is located in few view of the dining area.
