Seal cove campgrounds are the best we stayed in this year. Parked with an ocean view ,a beach & even saw seals in the evening , mussel farms ,fishing boats . To top that the hosts were the nicest people you will ever meet.

What a gem of a campground! From the beautiful views to the helpful owners to the cleanliness of the entitre park to the great level sites to the wonderful fenced in dog area, you cannot beat this campsite. It is a bit off the beaten path and away from things but if you enjoy tranquility stay here for sure. It is a drive to local restaurants and store (20+ minutes). We found bike tours just by stoppinh in at Nellies Landing in Murray Harbor. The owner there guided us to follow some of her suggestions whuich we did and we saw lighthouses, gorgeous coves and stunning views. Love this part of PEI & Seal Cove Campground! Do bring your citronella, bug spray & screen house though as it can get a little buggy, as to be expected in July :)

We chose a private/tree'd lot over being close to washrooms. Site was beautiful and quiet. They have a very nice heated pool. They are located beside a small par 3 golf course. They also have a mini-put course for 4$/person. They have a park for kids. They are located on the water, not great for lounging, but a nice sunset stroll would be nice! The washrooms/showers were limited and a bit dated, but clean. The free wifi was a big hit with the kids! The owner, Beth, is very nice and was so helpful with our ever changing schedule! I would definitely recommend this campground.

This is one of the cleanest campgrounds I have visited. The owner goes out of her way to accommodate your needs. There is easy access to the beach, a large dog park, nice pool, mini golf. I highly recommend this campground. I hope I can return to PEI.

This is a hidden gem. We had a great view of the water. Very well kept campground. Sites are flat and roomy. The dog area is beautiful and has enough room to run your dog. There is a playground To make it even better the owners are friendly and kind.
I will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Recently stayed at this Campground. Nice little spot. Now the bad news. Lots for the travel trailer are small. The store has nothing in it so before you go, make sure you have everything you need. The mosquitoes are very bad because they do not spray early in the season. Take lots of bug spray. We booked 2 sites, one 3 way and 1 tent site and had bad weather the first so the tenters did not stay the second night although it had already been paid for. We had friends who were coming and wanted to stay the second night on this site. The site was already paid for and no one was staying on it. The owners would not let them stay without paying the fee again even though it was already paid for by the same person who already had the 3 way site and this site. This is called double booking. We did not argue and the person who stayed paid the fee again. I will never stay at this Campground again. We were put beside a seasonal camper and the day we were leaving, the seasonal camper sat on the picnic table until we left and then they left. Had the feeling that they thought we were going to steal something.

Our first day here, and even though the the season is closing, what a great place! We got a spot right on the water and are enjoying great views right out of our camper. The WIFI is fantastic and very strong. They seem to have all the amenities normally associated with RV parks, plus have a 9-hole golf course. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and even helped me find a local dentist for an appointment. Great place.

Have been coming to Seal Cove Campground since 2000, and been seasonal since 2003. After trying many campgrounds in NS and NB, have always found Seal Cove to be the best. Family friendly. Easy access to the water. Heated pool. Great little golf course. Reasonable rates. Extremely friendly, kind, caring seasonal campers. Wonderful place to bring our grandchildren. All around 'A+'.

PD S wrote a review Aug 2015
Each year our family gets together for a camping excursion "old school" with tents and outside cooking, and have gone to several different campgrounds over the years. It's not an easy task for a large group, including our children and their spouses and grandkids. We look forward and plan for it as a fun time to relax as a group. This year was a waste of time and money.
We had booked a number of sites in advance and been assured there would be no trouble. The campground looked nice as we drove in. At the office, upon request, they photocopied their map. Rules weren't provided: a bad sign, perhaps. Tent sites were in a row in badly sloped area along a tree line and—if any—had old or rotten tables. Lots of mosquitoes. The one washroom building for the campground was clean but inadequate, with three separate showers on the end of the building accessed from the outside and shared by all campers. Two other showers and toilets were up at the swimming pool on the far end of the property.
Main problems: RULES DON'T SEEM TO EXIT. they had to look for a sheet to make a photocopy when I requested them.
Curfew Time [11 am] isn't enforced. Nor disruptive noise and behaviour.
LOUD & LOUSY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.
NO SECURITY NOR ANYONE WILLING TO DEAL WITH DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR OR ALL NIGHT PARTIES.
Friday night was bad [past 1:30 am] and Saturday even worse with loud groups all over the place even to 2:30 am despite being assured it wouldn't happen again. No one was in office, nor responses to voicemail calls from my cell, and I drove around at 1:30 looking for anyone in charge —without success.
It may be a great place for seasonal trailer crowd who enjoy weekend parties, but for those camping in tents who want quiet nights of relaxation and sleep, forget it.
Waste of money.

Response from Bethany S, Manager at Seal Cove Campground
Responded Sep 21, 2015
We are most disappointed you did not enjoy your stay with us, as we take great pride in being a quiet, family owned and operated facility. As we had stated upon your departure, this particular weekend, there had been a family emergency and unfortunately the phone was not answered after hours. The grounds are however, patrolled each evening, and any concerns can be addressed to security at that time. We are sorry you declined our offer for a future complimentary stay, and once again wish to apologize for your less than satisfactory visit.
