I stayed at the Feelathome Plaza 16 apartment with my 12 and 5 year-old boys for two days. We were in town for a FC Barcelona match. The apartment was great. It was very clean. There was a large living area and nice balcony. The apartment had a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and laundry machine (no dishwasher). It would have been perfect for an extended stay. The location is very convenient. It is only a block away from the Hostafrancs metro stop (L1). The staff was wonderful and spoke English. I literally had no complaints. I will definitely use Feelathome Plaza again in the future if they have rooms. (I am coming back to Barcelona in a couple weeks but they are sold out.)

I stayed with my family of five. Kids ranging in age from 5 to 15. We found the apartment very clean and perfect for our stay. Great location for either eating locally or getting on the metro into town. The reception staff were really helpful with advice, printing tickets, etc. Highly recommended

I stayes at Feelathome more than 3 months last spring. It was perfect. Spacious suites, close ti Placa Espana and at 50 meters maximum of Hostafrancs Metro ststion in am silent area. Everything was almost new and clean. Apartments are fully equiped with everything you need to fell exactly like at home. By far the best place to stay in Brcelona.

Elevator out of service for 4 days of our stay. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs up & down in the dark with garbage bags blocking the narrow path on the landings. This organization does not put guests first, or they would have dealt with the elevator, dark stairwells, and garbage bags without making excuses or blaming others. Dirty linens on pull- out couch and spare blanket in closet also Dirty and had offensive odor. I had to wash Dirty dishes prior to using because they were put away in the cupboards Dirty. Very poor housekeeping at this location!

NOT what it looks like on the pictures! The Apartment was completely, pictures seem to be photoshopped. Against promises, they keep first night fee, even not check-in! Moreover even if you pay this one night, Booking does not invite you to write a reference. They got informed, nothing. Very sad. A tourist trap. Booking gains mistrust and that providers have the chance to act that way.

We booked through Booking.com which was rated Fabulous at an 8.8 Rating and the pictures were also Wonderful (False Advertising) The rooms had a Bad Smell the Matresses and Pillows were soggy the towels are worn and Grey to top it all off there was a cockaroach in one of the apartments.
One of the apartments also had a very dirty sofa bed when we opened it. The Bathroom is terribly small and the toilet flush doesnt work well; needing to flush twice in both apartments. It was the worst experience for our family. And False advertising for booking.com

When we arrived at the apartment the host (Laura) was amazing and super helpful and friendly. However we were never told about the limited hot water supply in the briefing on our arrival. We were a group of 6 people and decided to take a shower at night. However 5 of us were forced to take cold showers due to the lack of hot water. We were told that the water heats up after one hour after using but after waiting 3 hours there was still cold water.
We called the emergency hotline provided since the reception was out of hours at 11pm and were put through an operator where we spoke to a woman called Natalia. She was incredibly rude to us on the phone call and even shouted back at us when we told her about our hot water issue. She said she would call us back but instead we were forced to call her a total of 10 times before she actually answered our issue. Instead she kept putting us on hold whenever she heard our voices and was being very difficult on purpose.
What really annoyed us was that she was promising a plumber to come visit the flat to fix the problem but made us wait until 3am to actually send him over despite her telling us at 12am that he would be making his way within 20 minutes. After the plumber came at around 3:30am, she spoke to us on the phone telling us that 'In her country it is normal for such limited water supply' and after explaining to her we were from the UK, she told us that she had 10 years worth of experience of living in the UK and told us she had more experience than us with hot water systems in the UK! She was so incredibly rude and ruined our trip.
We then asked her how we could make a complaint about her and she laughed at us and told us she wasn't going to tell us. We have never ever experienced such rude service in our lives! Also what made our experience worse was the fact that the floors were so dirty and dusty and the apartment was full of insects and bugs on the walls! The beds made us itchy and the bed sheets, duvets etc were all stained and had hairs still on them.
I recommend people who are in groups of more than 1 person to AVOID this place. Not only are the showers not fit for more than one person, but also the staff are incredibly rude. Seriously disappointed about this since the host (Laura) was super friendly and nice.

Dear kevinQ6747TN, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. As we normally explain to big groups, our apartments are equipped with an electric water heater partially powered by solar panels on the roof top of the building which provides in normal conditions enough hot water for more than 2-3 regular showers in a row. We are really sorry that you were not aware or maybe not properly informed about this and some of your party could not shower with hot water that night. We especially want to apologise for the improper answer from the phone operator. She told us that you were really angry, shouted at her and didn’t want to hear anything from her but this is no reason to be rude. We took action and she won’t be answering our guests phone calls any more. We work hard to provide a great experience to our guests and take really seriously any complaint. An amazing 1bed apartment - newly renovated - with its own balcony. Only minutes away to nearby metros. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, yet still a quiet and warm neighbourhood. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, and the whole apartment lovely and clean.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights as we were going to a Barca football match. The apartment was very big with one double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and a safe and there was a twin bedded room. The kitchen area was well equipped and the bathroom had a rainfall shower as well as normal shower head. The apartment was very clean and had electric shutters on all windows. The balcony was tiny, more of a ledge so if you want a balcony make sure you get a room with a big enough one. We did have a few issues like stained bed linen, fuses blowing and the safe not opening, etc BUT these were dealt with by Maria immediately accompanied by many apologies. Maria is a godsend and very friendly and attentive. She even offered for us to leave our cases there after checking out, so we could go and explore before our return flight. I also forgot my iPod in the apartment and they sent it back to me ASAP. So even though there were a few teething issues we were very satisfied. The location is great if you like peace and quiet when you sleep. literally 3 minutes walk gets you onto the main road with lots of bars, restaurant etc. 7 mins walk to park Montjuc and Plaza Espana. 30 minute walk to Camp Nou or 10 minutes on bus. Underground is also 3 minutes walk.

We really enjoyed these apartments, they provided just what we were looking for during our stay in Barcelona. Good location. Clean accommodations. Plenty of space. Nice kitchen. Friendly staff.
Laura was exceptional, she was very friendly and incredibly helpful. She was able to give us recommendations for good restaurants (including a great menu del dia that we went to twice), local markets, and even information about getting around town. We really appreciated the time and energy she spent on making our stay great!

I booked this apartment through expedia. If you arrive out of reception working hours, you email to them before. They will inform you the gate number and your key box number. So, you will find the room key and the detail of the information to stay. It means you can enter in 24 hours a day without any extra payment. Because of the delay of our flight, we arrived at nearly midnight. There are no problem to catch the aerobus. It took around 20 minutes to Place espanya. From there it will take less than 10 minutes on foot. This apartment is very convenient place not only public transportation and shopping.
There are more places to choose from in the Barcelona area.
