Excellent value. Very clean hotel and helpful reception staff. It is a walk to Las Ramblas but there are plenty restaurants near by and a small supermarket close by. The sea front is a short walk down the road and plenty of buses go past the hotel.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and could not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and so helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Location is great, a short walk to the port/Las Ramblas. Special mention to the breakfast, we would all recommend booking this, such a great start to the day. One of our party is coeliac and a small corner is given over to 'gluen free' bread/cereals etc So much choice, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and the most impressive touch an open kitchen area with a chef to cook fresh pancakes, fried eggs or omelettes. Would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you

The hotel is quite modern inside and the room was nice and looked like they had been recently refurbished. Free water and juice in the mini bar which is a nice touch too.
I would recommend the breakfast, very good selection every day.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient for the La Ramblas, the port and Montjuic, and has a metro station (Para-lel) right outside which is very convenient.

Lovely, modern hotel in walking distance of lots of the main Barcelona sites.
Near the metro/train stations. We took the bus from the airport and walked about 25 mins down the main road to the hotel.
Friendly check in staff, who will happily give recommendations if you ask for them.
We were given a room upgrade to a city view and this was lovely! Toiletries, hairdryer, free mini bar and a huge, really comfy bed. The one and only downside was we were on the para-lell (main road) side so had the noise of revellers from the nightclub below well into the early hours.
There’s also a nice terrace bar upstairs in the hotel for a nice evening drink.

We arrived at the hotel early and were told our room would be ready by 3pm. We left our bags in storage and went to do some sightseeing. We returned around 2:30pm and enquired if our rom was ready. We were told 'it maybe ready for 3pm..maybe'. As weary travellers we pointed out that we were told that the room would be ready by 3pm. Begrudgingly the receptionist informed us that she would have to move us from the room they had previously assigned to us, to one that was 'all ready'. Why this was an issue we had no idea. We given a new room number and exhausted we retired to our room to rest. We awoke several hours later to sound of rooms around us, still being cleaned. Lovely Hotel, just needs House Keepers

This was our last stop on a 10 day group tour in Spain. Excellent room, service, location and breakfast buffet. As I was asking the greeter/doorman/instant concierge in my best Google Spanish for the closest ATM, he answered in an Irish accent. Pointing me toward the P sign, parking, I kept hearing/thinking Peace Sign. He also helped with Metro, taxis and good conversation.

We spent two pre-cruise days at the INNSiDE Apolo Barcelona and one day post cruise. The hotel is very clean, spacious and comfortable and very well situated. We received a very friendly welcome from reception, in particular from Ryan who advised us where to visit and where to eat each night and didn’t let us down. From a wonderful old style Spanish restaurant to a fantastic tapas bar, we were very grateful for his advice. Would definitely stay there again. Loved Barcelona.

From check in to check out the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. Clean and tidy room. Paid for an upgrade to a have a balcony which turned out to be a great choice. Only small, but to enjoy a pre sightseeing drink. Fab location. Literally 20m from a Metro which has 2 popular lines that get you close to almost all attractions. Only 15min walk to the seafront.

Hotel reception was very welcoming and our first impression of the hotel was very good, modern and clean. The bedroom had great facilities, clean and well maintained. Food was very good, especially the excellent buffet breakfast. Ryan was particularly helpful to us finding and booking our restaurants and attractions during our stay. Would recommend and return to this hotel again.
