I had a very simple query about this hotel when booking, so I sent an email but no response that day. So I rang the UK number which seems automated and did not understand my query. I rang the Spanish number and was told the Loft in this hotel does not have a separate living area, so I had to book the more expensive townhouse. Then I get an email today to my original query to contradict that saying the Loft does in fact have two rooms. Beware the customer service at this hotel appears to be non-existent. I had booked non refundable given the more expensive townhouse booking, so I just hope the hotel customer service is better when we arrive. Very disappointing.
