My son booked this stay for us to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and we checked in yesterday under his name. My son specifically requested a birthday card or some sort of acknowledgment for my wife since it's her milestone birthday, but unfortunately, that request was completely ignored. Needless to say, it's left us quite disappointed to start. We're set to check out on Tuesday, April 9th, and we'll certainly be providing a more thorough review then.

Excellent hotel, modern, great location within walking distance to La Rambla and the coast. The service is outstanding. Would like to thank Jorge at the front desk and Gabriel at the luggage station for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Other amazing feature is free mini bar with local beverages, yoga mat, plenty of power sockets, incl USB and wireless. Breakfast buffet also very good, variety of foods incl. gluten free and vegan. Welcoming and helpful staff at the buffet. Last but not least, the housekeeping keep the rooms very clean and are very helpful! Also, right in front of the hotel is the metro station which you can use to go around in Barcelona. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable room. Fabulous shower with toiletries. Amazing breakfast… so much choice. Received with a warm welcome and lots of advice about the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I asked for a quiet room .

This is a must place to stay if visiting Barcelona.
The location is fantastic and the staff cannot do enough to help you and go above and beyond.
Will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family .
It’s a 20 minute walk to Los Ramblas and a mile and a half to the beach .
It’s approximately 30 euros in a taxi from the airport .

Very nice hotel overall. Super clean. The housekeeping does a great job here. There is a mini fridge that gets restocked daily with free drinks, water and juice. The hotel is located in a city, which comes with some outside noise. When I checked in, I requested a quieter room. I was told, the room should be good because they have double panel windows to help w the noise. Yeah, those don’t work too well. Every night, I could hear outside traffic, people talking, until about 6am, when people would finally give it a rest. And this was with the windows closed. I didn’t sleep too well over my 4 night stay. I would recommend this hotel but not for people who are looking for a quiet sleep experience. I am sure that may be hard to find in a big city like Barcelona.

And isn't it refreshing to find complimentary drinks waiting for you each day? We love to keep you hydrated with our 'no need to ask. no need to go thirsty' policy. However, it seems that the vibrant city pulse of Barcelona reached your ears more than we would have liked. While our double glazed windows and quieter room selections usually do the trick, it's clear that the city's symphony played a tad too loudly for your liking. For your next visit, remember to whisper a request for our interior quiet rooms or make use of the earplugs we provide - they're like a lullaby for the city buzz!
