We stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. Clean and spacious, perfectly situated and lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Little balconies allow you to sit outside and watch the world go by, with a drink of course😁

Traveled down from our main holiday in Salou to spend two days and one night in Barcelona.
Had a bit of difficulty finding the office. However, a quick phone call confirmed we were just around the corner.
The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. We got access early at 12.30 which was much appreciated.
There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby and it is a good spot for exploring the city.
Would definitely use this company again when returning to Barcelona. Just wish our stay was a bit longer as we had a great time.

Chose this location as it was near to where we had stayed in Barcelona before. A 10 minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off at Urgell. Must admit did walk straight past there office..... Staff were very helpful, showed us to our apartment and explained all we needed to know. It was very comfortable if not a little noisy on the Saturday night, but you are overlooking a street so you have to expect some noise, other than that it was fine. Location for the market and the metro were great, and even walking around to Las Ramblas and to the Arena shopping centre was really easy. Would stay here again when next in Barcelona.

We were there for 4 nights and stayed in the apartments across the street from Weflating’s main office. This place is booked like a hotel but more like an Airbnb & no housekeeping. We asked for more toilet paper but did not get any reply or any brought to our flat which was not what we expected. You also need to make sure all your dishes are clean and your garbage is taken out to the road.
Our place was on the first floor, The place is not sound proof so if you want a quiet stay, this may not be the place for you. The flat was above a couple pubs and you can hear very clearly what is happening in all the apartments next to you. Don’t get me wrong, the apartment was neat & tidy, very spacious and in a great neighbourhood but if you have any night howls in your building, you will hear everything. All the flats are different so you don’t know what you will get when you book. Our place was supposed to have AC but we were told upon arrival that this may not have it and you’ll need to use the ceiling fans. We asked for another fan to create “white noise” to cover up some of the loud noises in the building and the manager brought one which didn’t even work and it was covered in dust, left with a note that said “sorry for the dust”. Our shower also didn’t drain so you needed to have very quick showers to avoid any flooding in the bathroom... told management, nothing was done. The flat was not what we expected and the customer service upon arrival declined quickly. Unfortunately, we expected more and therefore we would never stay again or recommend. Please Keep in mine when booking.

The location is good, but the apartment is very basic and needs a face-lift. However it is at the cheaper end of the scale, so I suppose it's OK for the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I couldn't find fault with the apartment! It was spotless and had the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! Our apartment had a wonderful balcony/terrace were we could sit and watch the world to by.The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

The apartment itself was nice and cosy in a good area in Barcelona within walking distance of a lot of ammenities. Although the pictures above are deceiving as the apartment we stayed in was not quite as nice as this.
The major issue was that when we arrived there was a door covered by a board which the lady who checked me in explained was a room they were building onto the apartment. This was unsightly but was not an issue for us as we were assured there would be no works going on during our stay.
Contrary to this we were woken one morning by loud banging coming from this room. I contacted the host to complain and was assured this would stop. Later in the day I received a message from the host asking for permission for them to continue work in the room. I said I would prefer if work did not happen and despite my text they resumed work in the room playing music loudly. It was extremely intrusive and I felt our privacy or peace and quiet was not valued.
The hosts need to think about possibly not renting out apartments they are working on still and should have placed us in an alternative apartment as it is not appropriate to contact customers during their stay to ask them if you can come and work in their apartment.
We also had to request fresh towels when needed and the bedding was not changed even though we were present for a week.
The property has potential and overall we had a good stay but there are some issues that need addressing.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the location and amenity of the Weflating Suites at Sant Antoni. The last time we were in Barcelona we stayed close to La Rambla - wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle we have stayed 20 mins out from the busy tourist centre. Sant Antoni is 5 stops on the metro to Sagrada Família or about 30 walk. The the delights of Sant Antoni and these units is a great delight. First the units - spotless, quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. Second the location - if you love local food and wine - this is the right place to stay. Next door is Sucursal Aceitera (Bar Resturant) the food is terrific (try the vegetarian) or the Sant Antoni Market is 300 metres away and well worth a wonder. Today we had lunch at Casa Blanca - which serves amazing fresh seafood. Inexpensive but the quality, service and wine were all second to none. I highly recommend these suites and location.

We had suite 3A in Comte Borrell 38 (right next to the Weflating office where you pick up the keys). The staff was helpful at check in on arrival and gladly stored our bags after check out on the day of departure (you don't need to go to the office after checking out as you just leave the keys in the apartment). Do notice that the office is only open during daytime, late check in will cost extra. The apartment was excellent. One big kitchen with dining table and comfortable sitting area. We could easily have cooked there but prefered to eat out all the time, Kitchen had dish washer. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom across the hall. One master bedroom with big double bed and own bathroom plus access to big terrace. Lots of wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, soap and shampoo provided as well as a big stack of good towels and a package with dishwasher tabs, dishcloth and soap. This is probably the best place I ever stayed in Barcelona for as little as well under 190 Euros for three nights (seems to be a special deal).
