My wife & I stayed there this past October. The location is close to many restaurants and only a couple of miles from downton Palm Springs. The condo were were in was absoluetly great. Fully stocked kitchen with pats, pans, dishes, silverware, microve, stove refrigerator and coffee meake and dishwasher. Bicycles are offered as complimentary if desired. Were are staying there again in May.

The highlights were the well-kept grounds of the resort, which were tranquil and beautiful. The gardens that surrounded the pools were oasis-like.

It is a hotel, so this is the area where I lower their rating for sleeping arrangements. The bed linens were rough, the pillows were old chunky foam, and the mattress of the bed was low quality. A Murphy bed? That was unexpected.

The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport.

A pool towel was provided by the front desk, which guests are required to return to the front desk upon checkout. A handful of keys were also provided: a garage key, a bike locker key within the garage, a pool gate key, and a room key card.

Thank you for writing a review. The Oasis is a mix of timeshare condos and HOA Owners which makes us a little quirky. The difference from a hotel is a full kitchen in every unit. We are glad you enjoyed the grounds.

The Oasis is one of many timeshares in our timeshare system. This is the first time we have stayed here and visited Palm Springs. We were here for 5 nights. The condo we had was a quiet 2 bedroom unit. We were very pleased with the quality of the unit and felt it was well maintained. The entire property also seemed well maintained and felt private, even though it is located near a busy intersection. Although we didn't use any of the pools we did hang out by them. It felt very resort-like but low key and quiet. No crowds. It is conveniently located within reasonable driving distance to most attractions. If we are ever in Palm Springs area again we would definitely stay here.

Nice size 2 bed / 2 bath condo. Beds were comfortable. Master bath had lots of storage. Had a garage which was a plus! AC worked great. Kitchen was well appointed with glasses, storage, utensils, etc. Nice patio with grill. Good location. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Pools were nice. Went to a smaller pool which was warmer.

There are lots of hot tubs and pools surrounding the rooms. It was fun to be able to explore and swim and walk around through the grounds.

The rooms have either garages or car ports, shielding the vehicles from the hot desert sun.

We were excited when we saw the room with a pool and hot tub basically in our front yard. However, we soon discovered the room was infested with roaches!!! Very nasty and terrible experience while trying to enjoy a vacation. Maintenance is slow to respond and do anything about it and you have to leave your room for several hours for them to treat. Don't stay here! I will never come back.

Fun place to chill. Really quiet community. It almost feels like a regular neighborhood full of friendly people, peace and quiet, delivery for anything you could want and limited access entry so it also feels safe. Great trip. I especially loved that the pool was close by.

We stayed at Oasis Resort for five days and enjoyed the stay. The accommodation was spacious and reasonably well-equipped. The apartment was clean, cooking facilities adequate and bed comfortable.
Downsides were the location, around 15 minutes drive from Downtown, and the loaner bikes. I took one for a ride and it felt like I was pedaling a bedstead.
Overall, I felt we had good value for the price and I would be happy to go back.

Stayed here for my birthday and my one night off from parenting. The room was not ready until an hour after check-in began. It was disappointing and they could care less. Went to the room and there was a Murphy bed that was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. I finally fell asleep and the alarm clock went off because the housekeeper never reset it from the last guest that stayed there. Very disappointing stay. The staff does not care about inconveniences that they cause. You also have to take out your own trash.

Not quite the Oasis we remember from our prev visit. We arrived in time for check in at 4pm but were told our room wasn’t ready. It was hot and we were tired. Had to pay for bottled water while we wait.
Apartment dark and dingy. Smelled of damp and dodgy drains. Not very clean. Asked a cleaner to wipe our patio table clean. Said she couldn’t do it unless I asked through reception. I called and 10 mins later she arrived to do it so at least they have a system. Rotten warped bathroom vanity. Spoke to manager Duane the next day who said he would see what he could do about moving us to a new unit. Didn’t hear anything that day so emailed him a pic of the rotten unit. We are now on day 4 of a 7 day stay. Guess we won’t be moving rooms. Not feeling the love this time.
