It's a good hotel but not as great as the pictures suggest. Everything works and is clean but the rooms need refreshing + the bathroom door is useless (glass, sliding door that leaves 10cm open space - good luck sharing your room). Breakfast is extra 15eur which is probably not worth it as the choice is limited. Location is good, loads of shopping and restaurants nearby but sights are far (both la Rambla and la Sagrada familia are 30min walk

I stayed here for three nights. My room was small but adequate. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good value, though not a lot of hot options, such as eggs, bacon, sausages etc. I think due to covid, the options were limited. The options available were sufficient.

The hotel is well located and a short walk to the Metro, or one can take a bus outside the door to a Metro.

The area is very nice with lots of good places to eat.

The daytime front desk manager was very helpful with my sightseeing questions and gave me some great advice. I'm sorry but I don't remember this gentleman's name.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona

Really nice boutique hotel for one night near the top of Diagonal with Francesc Macia. Conveniently across the road from our Tunateca degustación cena. The
Room was large enough. We had a balcony over Diagonal yet the glazing did a great job of keeping the noise out. The bed was very comfortable and it included the necessary recharging ports next to the bedside lights. The bathroom had the now common large dispensers of shampoo and gel (no souvenirs). The shower had good pressure and I didn’t have to clean the head. The only disappointing aspect was the broken basin that had been poorly repaired instead of replaced. The dirty joint indicated it had been like this for some years. While we appreciate hotels are still recovering from the pandemic, a basin swap out is a remedial action to meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel and 250€ price tag. Breakfast buffet was a gem, a great selection of local options.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Great for shopping and eating out.
The hotel itself is nothing special.
The reception are quite uninterested, especially the night shift guy.
Cleaners are very loud starting at 08:00 with no consideration for sleeping guests.
There is no bar, restaurant or room service, no tea/coffee set in the room.
Breakfast runs for only 2 hours (7:30 to 9:30), but is cheap (10€).
Streets are very noisy day and night!
There is only one slow elevator... There was really nothing 4* about this hotel.

This place talked itself up and I was excited to stay, but what I found when I visited was a hotel that looks nice on the outside but isn’t so great inside.

The room has an issue with black dust problem coming from an old air-conditioner and the bathroom could’ve been nicer. The dust was on the towels and sheets so I had them replaced the next day.

It also was pretty warm in the hotel even though it was cold outside and there is no way to use the fan in the unit so that was uncomfortable.

Location-wise it isn’t too far from the metro or restaurants and cafes, but I felt the concierge could be friendlier and offer more to guests who are visiting including a shuttle to the airport because getting a cab back was nearly 50 euros since I had a night flight from Barcelona.

Also I needed to get a transit pass and I think it would be helpful if the hotel had some kind of arrangement with transit to sell those because it was a pain going to the metro to get one.

As a traveler I felt like the experience could’ve overall been better. It’s certainly not 4 stars and maybe not even 3.

There was really nothing 4* about this hotel.
There was a malfunction in the entrance door lock to the room that was not repaired until leaving the hotel (door did not close)
Lacks minimal furniture in the room (chair for luggage, chair) something to lay objects.
Inadequate lighting in the room,
the bathroom was stinking
Breakfast is cheap.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Great for shopping and eating out.
I won't be going back

Excellent hotel in the middle of Barcelona. I travelled to attend the F1 and it was well located in the city. Only a tube and train away from the venue and it was all quite straightforward to walk everywhere else. I stay in some top hotels and found the room product to be of a good quality and thought the housekeeping service was impressive. My room was always cleaned perfectly and was overall well equipped with a very good AC, huge comfy bed and lots of space. The gym on the top floor has a lovely view. I was able to get an adaptor easily from the reception who were helpful throughout the stay and arranged a taxi to take me back to the airport upon leaving. I felt safe and comfortable at all times within the hotel. Would return and reccomend

Read the good reviews on trip advisor and decided to try this out. The hotel is nice, the rooms clean, there wasn't any noise during the night time. The rooftop is beautiful and the breakfast was pretty good at a good price. The staff has also been very helpful and the room itself was very nice. Its about a 20 to 30 minute walk to las rambles - the only potential con is the walk to touristy stuff but I think the value for price is definitely makes up for it. Its also a few euros taxi cab ride to the most of the touristy stuff. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect hotel in upscale district for a short family break. The service was excellent and we were very grateful to the hotel for accommodating a change of booking details. There was a bit of street noise at night but it’s on a lively street.

First visit to Barcelona. Loved this hotel it really did the job. Great staff, lovely room and brilliant location. We had breakfast one of the days we were there and it was very good. Reception staff really helpful we were able to leave our cases with them all day on our last day as we had a late flight back. Would definitely recommend.

I had a room at 3rd floor and there was a big window on Diagonal, but it was very well acoustically isolated. I don’t know if suites have balconies.

The hotel is a little bit far from the beach...so I think you need to take a bus or a taxi to get there.. got a junior suite room when we were there.. enough space for 4 of you... got a queen size bed and a 2 single beds..the room has a sliding door in the middle if one needs privacy.. great hotel, not too big but can give you comfort and safety during your stay
