Awesome place with great cocktails and the food was extremely good. The waiters have a cool vibe and Frank is delivering the food while he is dancing and singing. Food had really authentic mexican flavour.

This is the second time we returned to Ándele this trip. The food is authentic and the sauces are out of this world. We have tried the nachos, guacamole and chicken chipotle as well as shrimp endiablados (a bit spicy) and the food was great. We sampled the margaritas, the traditional one, and they were yummy. The staff is very friendly and if you ask for recommendations, they provide them with a smile. We will return.

11€ for a tiny guacamole that had an non-edible piece inside, the waiter just said he is sorry. after paying over a 100€ For very small un-filling dishes, we asked the same older, white haired waiter to call us a taxi because it just started to rain and he refused to do so without providing any reason, only saying “it’s a problem”.

Travelled two metro lines to get here, having seen the high reviews we thought it was worth it. Got seated quick enough but waiter not helpful in getting English menu on phone, then expected instant ordering. Asked for more time, and then waiter didn’t return as appeared not to like this request…Not made welcome, the food menu was expensive for a restaurant of this type so we decided to leave and ate in another local restaurant…before trekking back…waste of time and better places more local.

I have a lot of allergies, so eating out is not that easy for me. but when we asked what they would recommend they immediately asked if we had any allergies and came up with something I could eat! Food is the language of love, so I am in love with this place. Amazing night here, you should definitively order a cocktail😉 and the staff is really handsome

Very good good Food and cocktails. Best service in town. We visiter with a 2 year old who was treated very nice by the staff an who loved theire Rice.
We had cerviche and 3 types of tacos + cocktails and everything was delicious.

I had the Nachos and Taquiza with a jug of frozen margarita. It was amazing.
Sitting outside is fairly busy with traffic but a wonderful place to sit and watch the city go by as you relax and enjoy the amazing food.
Lis is an angel, and has great recommendatsions based on your specific tastes. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive. I spent more than I meant to, but I'm pretty sure I ate and drank enough food for 2 people! (The offer was there to let me bring any leftovers home, but there wasnt anything to bring!)

We visited Andele’s for the first time while on a trip to Barcelona. We were very quickly seated, luckily without a reservation although the restaurant filled very quickly so it is probably a good idea to book in future. We speak very little Spanish or Catalan and tried our best but our waitress was extremely helpful and patient with us.
Food came out very quickly and we had ordered a few different dishes to share. We ordered the nachos with extra guacamole and the melted cheese with chorizo and agave honey to start with and was so good that we forgot to take a picture before we started! The melted cheese even came with little tortillas to wrap it in which was a really nice touch. We then ordered the chicken enchiladas to share followed by the churros. Every bite was absolutely delicious and there was barely a wait between any of the dishes.
Overall a really fantastic restaurant and I wish we could have tried more food!
Would definitely revisit here and recommend to everyone!

Very cool restaurant. We got frozen margarita shots upon arrival as well as an appetizer. I ordered their shiitake tacos which was filled with flavors and very good. The previous reviews have mentioned the small portion sizes, but I thought it was decent (however, if you are very hungry I would recommend buying a starter and also a desert). My parents had the "sol" menu and was thrilled. For desert I had the cheesecake and I would highly recommend it. Upon leaving we got another shot. The service was above average: we got our food fast and the waitresses was very attentive and nice. If you are looking for a good Mexican place, this is it!

We were enticed to Andele by the high rating & were not disappointed.
It is quite a small restaurant, so we were glad we booked.
They have an English menu and having read the reviews we decided to order two "Callo de Hacha" Scallops on Lime & two Loin Rolls as tapas starters. These were excellent. We were given complimentary corn chips and so we decided to share a main.
The Pumpkin Flower Chicken was delicious and rounded off nicely with a free margarita shot. It meant we had room to share the chocolate churros as dessert.
The owner saw how much I enjoyed the margarita shot and gave us another freebie before we left.
Can't recommend Andele Paris highly enough.

After discussing for 2 hours we finally found a place we all wanted to go. And I can tell you, if was worth it!! Finally nachos with lots of cheese! Their English is also great, which was helpful since we are not the best at making choices and they recommend us the best dishes!! And the cocktails are worth every penny. They even made special cocktails for us! I really would recommend this place in Barcelona!

Me and my gf chose this place because we are in love with mexican food since we have been there. First we arrived without a reservation. While we waited about 5minutes a polite waiter gave us a welcome drink. We got the menu and we tried what our waiter suggested. No doubt the dishes reminded me of Mexico. I am not a fan of tequila but I decided to try a coctail of that. When I realised its not my type I asked for a beer. The waiter immediately told me that he will not charge me with that. I told him this is not necessary but he told me that this is his “obligation”. At the end of the dinner he invited us for a drink.
To sum up: Perfect food, cozy enviroment, politer waiters
No doubt to suggest it for everyone.

Good tasting Mexican food (the type you get in California and the southwest). The staff is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly (though we did have an 8pm reservation). On Friday, Saturday, and Tuesdays they are running 2 for 1 margaritas, the regular price is around 7€. The food is slightly on the expensive side for Barcelona but comparable to what one would pay in the US. We were very happy and definitely will be back again. Note that there are a number of Ándele restaurants; we went to the one on C/ de París.

My husband and I visited Barcelona for our honeymoon and decided to try Andele on our last night. The people are very welcoming, and the food is fantastic! My husband’s family is from Puebla, Mexico and he said the ceviche was one of the best he’s had. The nachos are great and the tacos are full of flavor. Would 100% recommend!
