Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The location is great for those who love fashion and like to shop. Also, the area is close to many significant locations - you can take the Tour bus, COVID test, and have delicious foods all in the same block. Buses and taxis are frequent. The staff was always polite and eager to help, probably one of the best receptions in comparison to all my spain trips - everyone knows English or another language besides Spanish! The rooms were spotless and if you’re reading this please always leave a tip for the cleaning staff, they deserve it so much! Again, a special thanks to the reception for catering to my needs. Definitely going to be my constant accommodations from here on now :)

So first of all, the room is just perfect! Spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated! It's noticeable that a lot of thought went into it! The shower is amazing (but really amazing) and the staff were nice and helpful when needed. In addition, the location is just great, with lots of coffee shops, bakeries and local non-touristy restaurants all around, which actually upscales the location and makes it so perfect! The only problem I had was the lack of common areas for guests to sit and relax for FREE. There are 2 rooftop terraces and are both owned by the restaurant. I did not know that while I was eating my own takeaway food up on the terrace, and was then asked by the waiter to leave. Why not make one terrace for the restaurant and the other for all other guests to enjoy and relax? There are 0 common areas to sit and relax in the hotel for free, which is something I would expect from a 4 star hotel. That was the only problem I had during my stay. Other than that, the room, staff, decoration, location....everything was perfect!

This hotel is in a great location. All transport links are very close and we bought a Metro/Bus pass which was great value for money and easy to use. Nicely decorated Reception and inviting. Great room and very comfortable with everything we needed - no windows but we were asked at Reception if this would be ok. This made the room lovely and dark at night and we were only sleeping and resting in there. They also let us check-in early which meant we could drop and go to start our mini break. The Roof area is lovely with great views and we enjoyed a lovely glass of wine or two up there in between our trips out. All staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The Ladies on reception were fabulous and went out of their way to assist us. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Posh environment and they offered a good value during my stay. Reception dropped the ball on a request for toiletries, but otherwise they were responsive. I requested a room change because of cigarette smoke smell and they promptly comply. Rooms have some quirks like glued down books and poorly ventilated mini bars.

Great stay! Service was excellent, rooms were cleaned every day which is fab. Very convenient to be so close to the bus stops and super helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty and food was refilled quickly. Would recommend and visit again, thank you! ☺️

We had a great room which was spacious with no outside noise. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. Location made it easy to either walk or use transit / bus to get around the city to see the sights. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Overall a really great hotel! Very clean and quiet with a wonderful rooftop terrace. Room was clean and modern. We didn't have breakfast included, however there were many cafes around to grab a morning coffee. Only downside was the location - it's quite far (over 25 minute walk) to the Gothic Quarter (partly our fault for not researching correctly!), however hotel is right near a taxi queue to get into the bustling part for dinner. Overall a really great stay!

very nice hotel with helpful staff, some rooms just look into rear of other buildings. No customer PC or printer so no business centre for clients. No meeting lounge on ground floor Nice bar and dining on top floor with a small external garden and a pool about 4 metres long

They forced me to leave the room at 9am to clean it despite my check out time limit was 11am. I am so unsatisfied with the service and I think I am not going to book again a night at this hotel. I never had such terrible experience before. Please fix this

Clean friendly hotel with nice staff. Very central with bars , restaurants etc all within walking distance. Paid for a balcony room , room was lovely but balcony was very tiny & only space for 1 chair so ok but not great. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot & cold food and was plentiful. Overall would recommend staying here 🥂

Got train from airport to Estacio Sants(Barcelons Sants) station, then took underground line 5 to Hospital Clinic station. Hotel 5 minute walk from station. Enjoy your stay.
