Detailed Reviews
We asked for early check in with no problem. Room was ready for us. Two double beds as requested.
The room was clean, well kept, had good lighting and comfortable beds. Clean towels and supplies.
The front desk was pleasant and helpful.
A basic toast, muffin, cereal, and packaged waffel was the included breakfast. Lots of coffee and juice. The breakfast room was small but clean.
Easy checkout with no hidden surprizes.
The Comfort Inn hotels have always been a reliable choice for us. This one also had easy access to highways and very easy to find.

Older run down, all the rooms non smoking or not smell like cigarettes..the rooms are worn out the carpets stained, you view is either a toyota service department or the parking lot. Seems to be popular with kids hockey teams, which play road hockey in the hall, not worth the price.

It was as I expected. The room was clean and reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. Nice strong pressure in the shower. Decent continental breakfast. I drove to the Longueuil Metro station in about 12 minutes with easy access to downtown Montreal. It is right off the highway but still quiet. It's a Comfort Inn not a Ritz if you go in expecting a Comfort Inn you won't be disappointed.

Mine was the second vehicle stolen from this hotels parking lot in 3 months.
They "kindly" offered to let to let us have the room until 3 PM while we worked on insurance and travel issues to get home by air. After that we needed to be out because they needed the room that night.
I think that says it all.

We booked our rooms the previous day only to find out when we arrived that they had given our rooms to someone else, no questions asked: they thought I had already checked inn. What did they do? They left me waiting over an hour while they decided to have ME book in again, put my card AGAIN in a different booking while they left all my information with the other booking that the strangers were using for free! The next day the manager was there at her office and had a person lie for her saying she wasn't there that day. Travellers beware: it seems the managers here don't train their personnel properly and they don't care about their customers.

Stayed here in May 2023. 3 cars stolen from parking lot in 2 nights. Avoid this hotel! They don’t seem to care about stopping this problem. They didn’t even bother to have any info for guests on night 3.

This is not the first stay we do here. We have been visiting the place about twice a year for the last 5 years or so. We knew what to expect.
However, when we arrived, we were pleased to see that the main porch had been dismantled. That was our main beef, because it had been damaged more than 2 years ago and was left to agony. But now it's gone. Guests can now use the main entrance as it was designed.
The lobby is completely renovated, and is now welcoming. The lady was very welcoming. When we left the day after, the gentleman present was as kind as well.
The room we were assigned was also completely renovated. Second floor got carpet flooring (I suppose it absorb noise better), and we were told that first floor had some kind of laminated flooring.
All furniture is also new, and although is not as "modern" as some would wish, it's way better that the old style dating back 20 years ago if not more.
Our king bed had nightstand on both sides: no need to bring the chair as the extra nightstand. The luggage rack is integrated into the open clothing rack and double as the storage place for the extra bedding for the couch.
An ample amount of USB charging port shows that someone finally understood the need of such: 2 per bed side as well as a single 110V outlet, 2 in the desk lamp, and 2 ports in a 3 outlets powerbar integrated into the desk.
I am pleased to see that much outlets, as only plugging the laptop and a few wall-wart required me to bring a real "Craftman" 8 outlets powerbar in my luggage. Well, not here anymore.
I had problems plugging the laptop into the TV screen. It kept showing "no signal". I later learned it's a known problem with LG tv sets. I did not try it, but there are some YouTube videos explaining how to fix this.
We then had to rely on our tablet to watch some Netflix, and the internet was flawless. But given the few customers, I had no fears.
Carpet is brand new, and looks a bit weird on first sight, but as long as it's easy under the foot, I don't really mind.
There was a small fridge (but no freezer space) and a microwave.
The bathroom was also renovated. But flat space is still sparse on the vanity console and place to empty our wash bag is at a premium.
Sadly, and I don't know if it's the pandemic or what, but no more coffee machine in the room. You now have to go to the front desk and ask for a cup of brew. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and made coffee on demand.
Breakfast was of course not in the usual room. We had a choice of 3 "menus" to bring in our room. It's not the usual hot breakfast with eggs and sausages, but it's still better than what we had in an other Choice hotel .
Due to the Pandemic, we were like 3 guests in the place, and almost no traffic on the highway, so we had a good night.
All in all, the place is better now that it was a year ago after much needed repairs and renovations.

When I booked this hotel it did not mention it was being renovated. It also said there was free hot breakfast included...
When I arrived I found the hotel is under major renovation. The front entrance was closed and you had to navigate around construction barriers to find the temporary registration doors at the back of the hotel.
Check-in was easy. However I was informed that the free hot breakfast was not available and instead given a brown paper bag containing a bagel, small orange juice and a fruit cup. I assumed to was because of the construction going on. I was not told that is was due to the COVID pandemic, nor was I told there are no room service for more than 1 night stays...
In the room, there was no water pressure coming from the shower head and there was no dish or ledge to put the soap and cloth. I complained about this water pressure and no shelf for soap to front counter. I don’t think they understood me as nothing was done about it. ( I was speaking English...they were limited in English, spoke mainly French)
The pillows supplied are small and square. THey are very soft too. I needed 4-5 of these pillows to fall asleep.
In the morning I tried the shower again and still no pressure. I left for my business meetings that day without showering beforehand, but before I left, I spoke with the front desk clerk about the water issues and expected them to fix by the time I came back to the room that evening...
To no avail, there was still no water pressure. I packed my bags and checked out 1 day early. The hotel refused to issue me a refund for the 2nd night, even though I did not sleep there. They said I needed to give them 24hrs notice!!
Also the location isn’t ideal as there is no restaurant on-site. So I had a cold breakfast in a bag and no shower before a few very important business meetings.
Very disappointing stay at Comfort Inn. My company will be staying elsewhere from now on when travelling to Quebec.

Travelled on business. Facility location is good. The reception was really cool and hastlefree. Reception Staff was able to communicate in English though French is preferred language of the region. Cleanliness observed excellently. Two service stations, one grocery store, subway and Starbucks are within walking distance. Does not run a kitchen and only Breakfast facility is functional. Breakfast was standard but we'll stocked. Complimentary Wifi access is trouble free. Overall very good stay.

Bad service, bad Manager, with no internet. Stayed less than 10 hrs. Very very very rude Martha unfit for hospitality business job. Never will go to this hotel. When asked about internet she answered in so rough manner even another staff person who was sitting behind her was feeling bad about the behavior of this lady Martha.
