The Good: - cheap rate - quiet location away from busy highway - ample parking - clean room - comfortable bed
The Bad: - front entrance closed due to collapsing structure - foul smell in hallways - no elevator seen....they might have one?
The Awful: - paper thin walls....I can hear my neighbours talking in a normal voice....in fact, I think the walls actually amplify the sound of their voices!
Conclusion: - pay a little more and stay somewhere else.....I might even go sleep in the car if my neighbours don’t shut the heck up!
It’s going to be a long night.....

Checked in late, got a room with queen bed, fridge, microwave, LCD TV, good wifi, typical CI bathroom. Nothing special. No amenities at this hotel, so dont expect a gym or anything. Lots of parking. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, bread, fruits, yogurts.
Plenty of dining options around.
Overall, decent.

We wanted to try this hotel just before Montreal for work. Great stop, clean room and a lot of spaces. Also we had a parking in front of our room. It was very useful for us because we had some equipements in our car. Good spot before Montreal!

Our room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. For the area the rates are great, we were stopping for the night on the way through to Mont Sainte Anne and didn't want to pay the typical $200 plus a night rates.

I have stayed at many hotels during my business travels to Canada.
The room was not clean and my associate and I both decided that we were not going to stay there.
The manager that was on duty was named Luce. She desperately needs instruction on how to satisfy dissatisfied customers.
When I told her that I was not happy with the room, she began arguing with me and told me that I was going to be charged for the night.
I told her that this was unacceptable and instead of trying to make the situation right, she told me "those were the rules".
I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again because of this experience.
If I could give less then one circle rating, I would. Overall, a terrible experience.
If in town, stay at the Sandman instead. Costs about the same and it is a far superior property with a great service.

Stayed at this hotel for a week on business. Very close walk to a supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, subway and Harvey's. There are other independent restaurants as well. Room came with great mini fridge and microwave and the in room coffee was very good. Breakfast is included daily which includes: Waffles made to order station. Two hot items daily a meat and an egg choice. Yogurt Fresh whole fruit Cereals Assorted breakfast pastries and breads.
The rooms were really nice well appointed and extremely clean. All staff are extremely friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights a week ago at the Comfort Inn. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast was also good for the price. It is a little outside MOntreal but traffic was never a problem for us. Although next time I will stay in town.

Hotel advertises hot breakfast which I thought meant bacon, eggs etc but it is a continental breakfast = toast and cereals etc. we stayed for three days. Friendly staff. Rooms were good for a 2* hotel. Excellent wifi.

Nice brand new beds but dated on the outside. Nice restaurants around. Breakfast is advertised as full breakfast, but need to ask for hot meal part of the breakfast as it is kept in a small enclosed section of the dining room and is not self service. I spent 5 nights and realized this only on third morning as there was no staff in the room or filling up coffee when I was there, not serving hot meal to other customers so I figured out there was only cold eggs, toasts and waffle machines. located right beside a Toyota dealer (my view of the room) and back of a small plaza. First time the entrance is hard to find.

Basically we just needed a place to stay while we shopped at IKEA. Close to restaurants, SAQ, Starbucks, etc, as well as shopping. Rooms were clean and somewhat updated. Free breakfast area is small so get there early to have more room.
