Customer satisfaction

The food is good to very good, however, the restaurant does not care about customer satisfaction. For example, I found a hair at the bottom of my plate and I was surprised to see that they still charged for the plate even though it was only a low priced item. That is not the first time I was disappointed with them and that is why I decided to write a review.

A Review, Not A Story

We had a very nice dinner. The atmosphere was conversational, modern and had aspects of fine dinning. The servers were very helpful, the restaurant had an English menu which was appreciated. Started with the Mozzarella di Bufala Caprese. Our main was Al Frutti di Marie Linguine with a Shortcake for dessert. The main had most of the seafood one would love: shrimp, scallops, squid, baby clams and mussels in a homemade tomato sauce. The portion was of good size and the flavour was garlic/tomato excellence. Desert was the lightest dessert of a cheese/short cake I have ever had. I will go back anytime I am in the area

Excellent meal and service

After 8 months with no restaurant to eat in, we had our very first dinner today 2nd june. We went to this italian restaurant in Boucherville, a table in the garden, nice sunny evening. the escalops were of great quality (with white wine). The service eas fast and excellent. We will return there!

Rude Service

We went yesterday, travelled from Laval and Chateauguay . We spent over $200 and the food was Amazing! The waitress was amazing! But the Owner/ Host and busboy were super rude! After we paid the bill the Host grabbed our coffee cups and said “Second service is here”. I went to the washroom and when I returned the busboy was already standing at our table waiting with the new setting. My friend told him it that it was rude to stand right beside us and he responded “It is second service someone should of told you!” I know covid was hard but there is no excuse for rudeness! “Never retuning again!”

SLOW SLOW SLOOOOW SERVICE !!

I went there for lunch with a customer of mine, meaning with customers and especially for lunch we normally have +/- one hour and we hope to be in and out within this lunch hour. We sat down at 12:05 (with a reservation), we ordered around 1:10 and we received our main dishes (from the lunch menu!) at 1:05 !!! Unacceptable. Of course, we had to swallow our plate and be out within 10 minutes, so yes the food might have been good but when you wait for a full hour to get your plate, you hardly have time to enjoy and appreciate what you're eating, right ? And above all, the waiter didn't bother to apologize at any time, even when after 45 minutes waiting we complained about this delay, and not even when we paid our check and left, not one single word, nothing, as if it's very normal to be served after one hour seating there doing nothing but looking at the watch while starving! Come'on !

Excellent place!

Excellent restaurant. Good food. Amazing service. Nice atmosphere. The food is amazing, pizza, pasta, etc. We had our 2 months baby so a stroller was a must and they put us in a good place for that. Service is impeccable. The owner is very kind too and he answers to requests with smile and pleasure. I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. A good choice for a family or a couple dinner.

Great Pizza and Pasta

I had a team meeting in Montreal and we stayed in Longueiul as it was close to our offices. One of my co-workers suggested this place for our team dinner. We were not disappointed! From the bread, appies and mains, it was great! I especially liked the pizza. If your there, check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Incredible pizza, one of the best i have eaten in my life. Nice mood and well decorated. The only thing is that the service was not so good. I had three differents waitress and they were not so sympatic. Otherwise, tasty food!

Great Italian restaurant!

I’ve been to Bravi a few times and would highly recommend it if you like good Italian food. Their specialty is thin crust pizza and pasta (they also have other entrees available as well). I would also recommend sampling their antipasto selection; especially the meatballs! It’s usually quite busy, so reservations are a good idea.

Still Delicious... 5 years later!

The last time I was at this restaurant, I had a wonderful experience. Yesterday, I went back for lunch, that’s after 5 years and I was again so impressed. I loved the lunch menu. I had oysters and a salad to start and then the marinara Mussels, all absolutely delicious. It was very busy on a Friday afternoon, we arrived at 1:00pm and got the last empty table! I would definitely go back.

Excellent Choice In Longueuil.

Bravi provided my daughter and I with a great Italian meal during our stay in Longueuil.We are always looking for a quality Pasta meal on nights before my daughter competes in Canoe and Kayak racing, and Bravi didn't disappoint. The food and the service were excellent, and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Longueuil.

Absolute Great Place

This restaurant is a favorite of my customer's Eddy & Willy, I can clearly see why!! Atmosphere, food & staff are fantastic. We went for lunch and I can't wait to return for dinner. We were pressed for time and they made sure we had time for wine, meal & dessert. There is nothing I could say they can improve on.

Good Meal On The Terrace

Grand-maman's birthday brought the family together on the terrace of Bravi on this warm, late September evening. The reception was a little formal, when the waiters on the terrace asked to go back inside to register with the Maître D. But she quickly turned around and sat us down with the menu. An alert waitress made up for the reception and came to serve us and promptly took our order for Prosecco for the group of 10. The comfortable terrace, with a view on the entrance drive and the multiple luxury cars driving in, provide some entertainment. The service was courteous and efficient throughout most of the meal. A little letdown in service was experienced between the dinner sittings when the 8 o'clock crowd came in. Our desserts were a little slow in being served. Otherwise, the service was very good. A small mistake on the bill was quickly reversed without discussion. The shrimp dishes were very good. The risotto sides were excellent. The gnocchi plates were very good. The veal dishes were adequate. The pizza dishes were at the height of the excellent reputation of Bravi. The desserts were good but not exceptional. At less than 100$ per person with 300$ of wine thrown in, i qualify this as a very good deal. We were turned back from Novello's because of lack of space and resorted to Bravi. From a cost-value relationship, Bravi proved superior.

Authentic Italian 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We walked in on a Friday night, the place is packed and line up long but they squeezed us in within half hour... very accommodating considering we were a group of 11. Was worth the wait. Staff is extremely nice. Service was top notch. Beside having rolls and butter they also bring you appetizer slices of pizza on the house , which we all loved . Great gesture. Our main dishes went from mostly pastas , seafood and veal. All dishes were fresh and spectacular. Def would return and suggest . Kid friendly
