Loved the special Wed night social. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is a full meal deal. Shuttle is scheduled and on demand at times making it very convenient. Rooms are large. Wish they had stranded air passengers rate.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a sticker on the crack of the room door at check in letting you know the room has been sanitized.
The beds were comfortable. The room is the same as other Homewood Suites. I like having a kitchen..especially traveling with kids.
Because of Covid-19, there was no breakfast served. Instead, you were given a paper bag with breakfast food inside. It was great!
I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is about ten minutes from Toronto Airport. There is a shuttle bus but you have to contact the Hotel direct and after a long delayed flight a taxi was best about $35. Reception staff were very welcoming . The suites have everything you may need including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. All very comfortable but beginning to show its age. There is no restaurant but they do have frozen meals which you can microwave in your room. Daily cooked breakfast was limited but good and all Covid precautions were in place with plenty sanitisers and gloves for handling serving utensils. The reception staff were excellent able to recommend places to eat although there is very little near to the hotel. However you could arrange for food to be delivered. Only stayed for two nights which worked out splendidly.

My first stay at a hotel since mid march, I was not sure what to expect due to current Covid 19 situation.
Face covering is required in common spaces for everyone's safety, as well as enhanced cleaning protcol in the rooms.
In lieu of the self serve breakfast (currently "buffets" are not allowed), a selection of fruit, drink, snack and sandwich were provided in individualized packages.
As for the hotel, it is just a 5 min drive to YYZ; and if required a shuttle is available.
The facility was spotless and the room was comfortable.
I will stay here again when in the Toronto area.

This location is very close to the airport and many restaurants are within 10 minutes.
Very clean property. Excellent free breakfast in the lobby every morning. Wifi worked well. Staff were very courteous and accomodating.

This hotel is clean and well kept. Absolutely amazing mattress which provided a very comfortable sleep. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast area was adequately stocked. The breakfast area was well tended and very clean. Staff were friendly and thoughtful in every area the entire stay. I only have two suggestions 1) hand sanitizer for use on entry and exit of the fitness area and breakfast area 2)a quick clean of the top of the ceiling fan blades, we didn't use as it was dusty. An excellent stay and the kitchen/fridge/stovetop was wonderful.

Here for a couples weekend, everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, crowded with a girls hockey team, but they were no trouble.shower was hot, Great bed, no funky smells or things needing repair. We had no trouble getting there, easy to find, I’ll come back!

Our stay was largely pleasant and we found the following pros and cons with the hotel:
Pros:
1. Very spacious and clean rooms
2. Hospitable and helpful staff: everyone was very friendly and the staff at the breakfast counters was exceptional in their service and support. They ensured the food counters were always filled and even accommodated our special request for our 3year old.
3. Very good kitchen facility: had almost all commonly used items including pots, pans & cutlery. They even brought us a few additional pots we requested.
4. Ample onsite free parking: there is ample parking both in the front and back of the property for convenient parking.
Cons:
1. slow shuttle service (usually 30-mins to pick)
2. conditional room cleaning (must be requested a day ahead)
3. slow room service (frequent follow up required)
Pros:

This Homewood Suites is outdated and not that clean. I noticed upon entering my room that the floor was not vacuumed, the kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty and the floors in the bathroom and kitchen were filthy. There were debris on the floor, dust everywhere, and including food left in the refrigerator from previous guests.
I basically vacuumed and clean my own room. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox Disinfectant wipes and Lysol spray. There is no way they thoroughly clean rooms between guests. Even the back of the toilet had dried up urine on it. Gross!
The positives are the location, free parking, nice staff, and spacious rooms.
If you do not mind cleaning your room, then this is the place for you. Also, the hotel is in desperate need of updating their rooms. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend it.
I am a Hilton Diamond member. I can honestly say the Hilton brand is going downhill.

We stayed just one day and had to fly out the next afternoon. The staff behind the front desk: Sarah and Jen were very helpful and nice. They made sure that we could get the shuttle to the airport at the right time and allowed a late checkout so that we could enjoy our stay without having to wait hours in the airport.

Good Morning! Our Complimentary Evening Social is from Tuesday-Thursday from 5pm-7pm
No. The subway is downtown. This is closer to Mississauga, and is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the subway areas downtown. You could take a shuttle to the airport and then take the train downtown.
the traveler us correct when the hotel first opened they did not charge for parking...they now offer parking for extended times for travellers..and instituted a daily parking fee at that time.
Nightly rates at hotels allow for parking for the number of nights you're staying at the hotel. Some hotels have free parking and some charge a nightly rate on top of the rate for the overnight. To leave your vehicle any longer than your nightly stay(s) you would need to look at Park and Fly packages that allow you to leave your car for a certain pre-established amount of time. We've used the Holiday Inn, Toronto Airport and left the car for one week. The overnight stay can be before or after your trip and you can even book nights for both before and after your nights plus the week of parking. You will find the rates higher for the Park & Fly packages than the overnight only rate but parking at the airport parking lot is even more expensive. Good luck & enjoy your trip!
