We had the family suite. It comfortably fitted 5. My family had a great time. The rooms were comfortable, the place is clean and well managed by friendly and helpful staff. My only minor complain is the lack of towel hanger in the washroom.

Great for low-maintenance visitors that just want a good place to rest their head. Easily accessible and close to highway so everything is a short drive away. Please do not expect a 5 star hotel experience as it is a dorm room normally, but it does have everything you'd realistically need.

The overall room size was good with a great location on campus.The only drawback was the bathroom size which was very small & the warm water which was coming via taps was not clean.So it would be great if these two things can be improved upon.

We stayed comfortably in the four bedroom family suite. There was plenty of space of all of us as we each had our own room and shared the common area. Much better than a standard hotel room. Recommend bringing your own shampoo and extra towels and toilet paper if you are planning on staying longer than a couple of days. The tiny shampoo bottle is only good for one wash. Also, remember to bring a hair dryer. Great value and we would definitely stay here again. One recommendation for the maintenance staff: please consider using softer lighting as the white fluorescent lights are a tad too bright.

Amazing place to stay, very clean, quiet and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioner kept the temperature very comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and nice soap, shampoo & conditioners. I also like that there are bins in the common area for food scraps & blue box materials.

During our second stay at this accommodation, we were disappointed with several issues. Unlike our previous visit, we were assigned a room on the second floor, posing a significant challenge for my friend's mother with mobility difficulties. The lack of an elevator made it inconvenient, and due to the facility being almost full that weekend, the reception couldn't change our room despite our late arrival.
The room's design was not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges as the beds were unusually high, making it difficult for my friend's mother to access them comfortably. Additionally, the storage spaces under the beds, while practical, proved to be hazardous, resulting in my friend having an unpleasant fall while trying to retrieve something.
Despite these accessibility and safety concerns, the room's cleanliness met our expectations, and we appreciated the friendly, helpful, and patient staff at the reception.
In conclusion, our experience during this stay was overshadowed by the room's accessibility issues. To enhance the overall guest experience, we suggest including a note on the reservation page about room accessibility and encouraging guests to provide information about any specific requirements. This simple step would ensure a more enjoyable and comfortable stay for all guests

UBC Okanagan residence (Monashee Place) has the best value of all nearby establishments. Their rates were lower than the hotel but the rooms were much more spacious. It is about 25 minutes further from the airport, but so long as that doesn't bother you, it's worth it. I would recommend this for a business stay, particularly if you want to host meetings or guests as their is a nice comfortable living room to converse in. The check-in process was seamless and the room was clean and well maintained. I stayed for a week and there was no housekeeping service so if that is something that is important to you, keep it in mind. Also, the UBC campus is about 45 minutes (driving) from town so if you want to be close to the city then this might not be for you.

Queen bed + kitchen + bathroom suite was great, the room had everything I needed and the residence itself was quiet. Check-in process was very easy, as was the app used for parking (iHonk). Would definitely stay again in the future. 10/10 experience.

Customer service is great. Price is very good. But the room we had is old, needs renovations, especially the bathroom. Shower room is very small, water hitting the head only, so hard to rinse the body. Drainage not working properly, floor is flooding when taking a shower. Bathroom tissue holder almost falling off. No dishwasher but that’s ok. Some of the dinnerware need to be replaced, 2 cups have stain at the bottom.
