This stay was our first at an Embassy Suites, after have being stay a lot on other hotels of the Hilton family, and this was our first time being disappointed.
In general the facilities and rooms appear dated and in a need of a renovation. The layout of the room is also no optimal as the sitting room has a window facing the corridor and the bedroom is facing the other way. Meaning daylight is not entering the sitting room, especially if you like privacy.
The breakfast was ok, but didn’t change select day by day. One plus was the Mickey waffles and the freshly made eggs by order. Notice to have breakfast early as the room is noisy as it is full. Fare from all staff at the breakfast speaks English!
The snacks served with drinks in the afternoon is also simply and the same everyday.
Pools was ok, but the indoor one is small, and the kids playpool / small water park, is not heated, why??
On the hotel map it says concierge, is commercial ticket agent charging over prices!

We stayed at the hotel early February 2021, during COVID times. We spend a week and here are some important facts you should take into account. Breakfast is limited to: Eggs, bacon, pancakes or french toast, potatoes, grits and oranges. Housekeeping is done by request and not on a daily basis, maybe every 3 to 4 days. I would neve use the computers located near the souvenir store because saw people not wearing masks, eating in area, sneezing and not cleaning at all, I think management should enforce people to use mask while using computers and not allowed eating in the area. Rooms are good, very clean, bathroom are getting rusty and living room sofas look old so I would recommend a renovations ASAP. Location is great, close to stores, restaurants and a 10 min drive to any Disneyland Park or Universal studios Resort. There si a Parking & Resort Fee at this hotel so be aware.

Upon entering the hotel, my room was changed on 3 occasions all because management had no clue not only what I booked, but where rooms were situated in regards to floor, elevators or exits. I left a do not disturb sign on my door, but house cleaning wanted away early so asked the manager, on duty Brook to call me to leave early. BROOK had no clue that a don not disturb signs means exactly what it says, and that check in time is 3pm and check out noon, and that a customer does not want disturbed during this time. I've travelled all over the world and use hotels 4 times a month and never experienced such a shambles. After 3 weeks , 4 phone calls and an email to MARK RUSSO the so call General manager, who didn't even respond. A complete embarrasement !!! Please do not use this hotel, there are too many good ones in Orlando to have an experience like this

Just completed a night stay at this hotel.. The pros of this hotel were its proximity to Disney as well as the breakfast in the morning and the managers welcome reception. We had a room that was pool level and easily accessible from the parking lot. Parking spaces were plentiful and accommodated a large car w room to get in and out of comfortably. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods and beverages and made to order omelettes were available. Staff was polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.
The cons of this facility in my opinion were maintenance and cleanliness in the pool area. While we were there the hotel was very busy. I am sure that it is hard to keep common areas clean however I think they could’ve use some more help in grounds maintenance to go pick up after people that didn’t have the manners to do it themselves. Our room was OK. One of the plantation shutters was broken and you had to close each slot individually. Every one of the lampshades were sitting crooked when we walked into the room. Not sure why somebody did not pick that up from a quality issue when they completed the room clean.
The room needed updating. Would I stay here again…. yes but it would not be my first choice. My husband and I are diamond members and have stayed at many of their properties. My opinion after staying in the last several Hilton properties is that Hilton needs to pick up their game with maintenance issues and attention to detail in their rooms upon check in.

We booked a premium suite- after booking and paying significantly more, we found out all this means is snacks, a slightly bigger TV and a keurig. There are no signs near the elevators to enforce social distancing. Breakfast is fake tasting eggs and mostly processed foods. Happy hour was stale chips and watery tasting wine. We had to call multiple times to get more towels and keurig cups. Also there is no housekeeping during stay and forgot to mention that there was already old water in our keurig and the towels smell like mildew. The crowd at the pool was loud and not social distancing. So many great hotels in Orlando I don’t be staying here again.

The first thing we noticed is the room was not fully stocked with enough towels. There were only two coffee pods for coffee. The shower curtain was ripped, the carpet was ragged on all edges. They will not clean your room unless you are here more than three nights I am a platinum member and requested the room to be cleaned and they refused. We had to get our own towels they ran out of towels at the pool area they told us we had to take our own garbage out and when we did there were no extra plastic liners for the baskets.
The complementary breakfast was good and several of the employees were very nice other than that I would not recommend this place and I will not be frequenting Hiltons anymore.

If you are charging resort fees and parking fees make sure the hot tub is more than half full and more than mini towels to dry off. I was on time for the evening happy hour, but the staff was not. And don't expect much with their cheap drinks and only 1 beer type because the other one ran out. Breakfast was the bright spot for our stay, the guys making omelettes were outstanding if only the rest of the staff could learn from them. If you need a bathroom in your room don't expect it to flush well. 3 times is a charm, and was told there was low pressure by maintenance. Never fixed. If you are an honors member you may or may not get your benefits I didn't because they ran out! That's a 1st in my 30+ years with Hilton for me.

I've stayed @ Hilton properties over a 100 times, and never once had a problem. This Hotel stay was the worst Hotel experience. 1. Room had a strong musty odder, that had my daughter congested the entire stay. I complained to three different staff members on this issue, the last staff person said they would place a dehumidifier @ 10:00 am let it run for six hours that never happened. 2. During my entire stay the room was never cleaned nor fresh towels we had to take turns going out and finding the cleaning cart to obtain clean towels. 3. My daughter got a chunk of hair stuck to ear in the swimming pool (pictures if required?, so no one swam in the pool after that. This experience destroyed our family vacation. Never ever again will I stay at a Hilton property. I have a business trip scheduled for Dallas starting on1/20, I just change my reservation to a Marriott property and explained to my Corporate travel person the reason why. Thanks

the gentleman with blonde hair at the front desk was completely discrete. when we came to check in, he couldn’t communicate about the room situation and sent us to a smaller double bed room than what was reserved (a king suite). there was no warning or communication if we would like to wait for our reserved room that wasn’t ready yet and there was no apology or concern when we came back down to be put in our actual reserved room. the phones in the room don’t work and when I called with my cell phone down to front desk to explain what had happened thinking it was a mistake, the gentlemen said, “yeah, we don’t have those rooms available for another 30 minutes which is why your in this room for your three night stay instead of what was you originally reserved.” he then handed the phone over to a lady and she explained nicely we could come back down and wait, or stay where we were. when we went down to the front desk the gentlemen just hide in the back and had the same lady take care of us, knowing he didn’t follow proper customer service protocol. we were quoted online $563.78 for our three night stay and was charged almost $800. the end total after deposits were put back was still $100 over what we originally were quoted and we didn’t spend or do anything extra at the hotel. bathroom shower was not clean, and shower curtain is/was broken. overall it seemed like the staff could not be organized and have quality customer service interactions.
