It’s a pretty easy process, you get a key card which opens your locker and access to your pod. There are private toilet and shower rooms. The pods are larger and more comfortable than I expeceted and I didn’t feel claustrophobic. It’s not that hard to find if you follow the directions given. To be honest, not sure how much sleep you can really get. I found it hard to sleep. People are coming and going at all hours, the staff are knocking on pods to wake people up at all times, you can hear road traffic right behind you. Some strange alarm was going off outside at 3am. Also the pricing structure is a bit strange. They charge the same price if you use it for 22 hours (1pm to 11am) than if you only need it for a few hours from 1am to 5am like I did, which makes a bit expensive if you only need it for a short time. But overall if you need a private safe place it’s a pretty cool concept and it’s clean, staff were nice, and it saves you leaving the airport as the hotels in airport area are either overpriced or a bit dodgy.

Rates are USD$10p/hr.

Everything you could need except eye mask for blue light on controls which is bright. Mattress is a little thin but only big people would notice. Location is only sign posted near exit, didn't see any other info, so had to ask several info booths.

Very clean and convenient.
Located outside next to arrivals downstairs.

Showers, toilet, lockers, socks, earplugs, comp water, pillow, blanket, TV, a/c, charge points, security key pass.

Was woken by cleaner telling me my shoes were to go in locker.

I arrived at around midnight and I had a 7-hour layover before catching my connecting flight. izZzleep was just what I needed. It provided a relatively peaceful place to lie down and to take a shower in the morning. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the capsule, the free wi-fi, towel use for the shower, earplugs, and earbuds. There were enough electrical outlets in the capsule to charge all my electrical devices before my flight. There were also a safe and a TV inside the capsule.

I was in a bottom capsule. One negative was that my capsule shook a bit when the occupant entered the upper capsule. It was also a bit of a walk to izZzleep from the departure area. I would definitely use this service again. Hopefully, this type of service will be available at other international airports.

The facilities are very clean. Yes, you'd probably be more comfortable in a hotel.
This is inside the terminal.
You check-in, change in a changing room, and leave your stuff in a secure locker.
Then give you a blanket, towels, and socks to walk to the pods location.
The pods are small, but you can sit up inside one.
Incredibly, it's some of the best sleep I've ever had. There's nothing to do but sleep. There's a TV, but it's somewhat cumbersome to do anything other than sleeping.
As a suggestion, please find a way to turn all the lights off.
Please remove the blue lights, make them orange or yellow, with a button to turn them off.
I don't regret it and would use it again.

It works very well for short stays like hours or one night. It was cleaner than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. Just don’t expect to sleep that great, obviously is a very small place and you can hear everything. I brought my own EarPods and that helped a little. The AC contributes to the noise,

I was lucky there weren’t many people at the same time I arrived, so the changing room wasn’t crowded. It’s all one room no men or women sides.

Overall was a good and economic option. I will use it again.

The location was hard to find because there is no one sign coming from the international side. If you are coming out from that side just take the first stairs up on the left, then turn right, pass the food court and turn right again, then you will turn right again and at the end of the hall on the left before the parking lot you will find the izzzleep sign and door.

I stayed here June 30 2022.

If you are the least bit claustrophobic, don't do it. I am 72 and I had to get down on my hands and knees to crawl into pod, they are about 3 ft high 3 ft wide and 6 ft long. I had a 10 hr layover ( overnight) so I guess putting out $90 to be laying on a 3 inch thick mattress was better than sitting up in the airport, got no sleep as I had to leave door open, otherwise I would of thought I was in a coffin. Overall, pay more and go to a hotel.

Was very clean and secure . Noise was minimal . Foam pillows were on the uncomfortable side and room ventilation wasn’t great . Shower took a while to get hot and had to ask for it to be reset . Needs a larger fan in the shower as it gets steamy hot and you sweat as soon as you step out . Bring your own soap/shampoo/ shower gel as the ones they provide are horrible . Overall it was still a pleasant stay and perfect for a short overnight or several hours of rest .

Cost - price worth it! If you need to stay no more than a day it is ok! Food court it is so close that you can walk about 2 minutes and find a variety of types of food. Place is quite and be aware that you need your headphones! I will book it again if I need some hours at the airport!

A good place to sleep a few hours between flights, staff were attentive, professional. My only complaint is the temperature: when walking through the door to the pods area it was like walking into a freezer. Inside the pods themselves it was also extremely cold. I urge the management to raise the temperature to something more normal.

I went to terminal 1. I was told there were rooms available in terminal 2. I made a booking through their website. I went to the other terminal just to find out there was no reservation under my name. I just hope I didn't get charge because I had entered by debit card information.
Waisted my time and money to switch terminals. Don't use their website is not reliable!
