What an exceptional stay ! The villa was super clean as new! The design of the complex and the facilitiea and the japanese restaurant were all perfect. We stayed for 4 weeks and the kids felt at home. This is out number one destination to stay in if we ever visit orlando again

We stayed in a 3 Bedroom Superior Villa for 10 days mid March. The villa was new and mostly very clean, except for a handful of raisins scattered and stuck to the living room carpet which I plucked up. It was great having a hot tub on the patio and was easy to understand how to operate as they have instructions posted. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows available and blackout curtains in all bedrooms. I wish the kitchen had better supplies, it was a little challenging putting a dinner together. They start you off with toiletries in each bathroom and they smell so good!
The pool was just the right size for the amount of people that were there during my stay, but I imagine it would be very crowded during busy travel times. Front desk staff were always helpful. I wish I could remember the man's name who checked us in, he stood out as he was extremely welcoming and pleasantly answered all my questions.
The restaurant on the property, The Meating Point, was amazing!! We ate there a couple times and had the Filet Mignon (twice), The Meating Point Burger, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, risotto, caesar salad, caprese, house french fries, and their bread basket... all sooooo good! The servers (there was 1 male and 1 female) were outstanding and so friendly. I would come back to eat here even if not staying on property!

The place was awesome. Two floors four bedrooms and each has their own full bath. Three of the four rooms had walk-in showers and even though the two of us only used two rooms I found myself wandering from room to room to look out the windows and explore every square inch of the villa.
This property is literally just off of Disney property behind a Disney castmember resource center. It took four minutes to drive to Animal Kingdom and ten minutes to the other three parks. This place is as close to the parks as if you stayed at Disney's value resorts.

We came for a family getaway to the Disney parks. The location of the grounds were perfect, about a 10 minute drive from all the Disney parks. We ate at The Meating Pointe and the food was good. We ordered the Ribeye with risotto and my daughter had the steak bites with rice and beans. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Would like to state they still have a soft opening. Would like to recommend adding more of a variety with the wine options for the wine by glass option. Dessert options were good and they tailored to our liking making the cake warm and a la mode. As for the accommodations they were beautiful and modern. There were three downsides: the showers which did not have full doors (while modern and beautiful ) poor design , showers were cold ( because cold air flows in)and water comes out of the shower leaving the floors wet. Also not enough towels, for seven people . The accommodations stated upto 8 people and there were only enough towels for 6. Additionally towels could have been of higher quality. The towels were thin and scratchy. Lastly their parking spaces are designated per unit and either people are not aware or it’s not being monitored causing people to park in others spaces. Would recommend assigned decals at check- in. Appliances and AC were top notch .Other than our stay was pleasant.

Upon Arrival, we had great anticipation for a fun, relaxing weekend. Initially, we were told that checkout was at 10am but later found out that was a lie. Checkout was really at 11am. Not sure why they wanted us out earlier than what was written. In addition, we were given no indication during check-in that there was a $150 additional cleaning fee. That was not cited on our original booking confirmation either. We did not find out about this until we were in our room and read the rules and regulations sheet that was given with a map of the facility. In a house that sleeps 8 guest, only 4 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels was given for the entire weekend. 8 women making it through the weekend with what was provided would require a miracle. Furthermore, when we requested towels, we were told twice they would be delivered. Those towels never came. We were expected to use the same towels over and over during our stay. We also asked for trash bags and was told no.
Once we arrived to the room, it was everything that was expected in terms of appearance. We did walk into a wet floor due to the freezer not being properly closed by “who knows”. Someone came right away to clean it up though.
They also had an entire population of frogs living under the table outback. Our private chef dinner was interrupted by frog family members jumping on our legs under the table.
Overall, the property was nice but please beware, if you want extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, you’ll have to pay $150. They won’t tell you upfront.

This place is definitely on my dirty list. We booked online and the online price was $500 that included a $300 fully refundable deposit. As we arrive we are told about a $250 cleaning fee. We did not see in the fine print online and suspiciously is not on the Booking.com website nor the actual website for the resort. Once we were told about the cleaning fee we wanted to cancel our reservation. After we were told it would be the full cost of the room to cancel our reservation we reluctantly stayed. We then make our way to the room, we walk the rooms checking everything out. Every room has its own bathroom. That’s awesome, but not when the master bedrooms bathroom smells of cigarette smoke and had hair on the shower walls. Also found hairs on the so called clean towels. Later that evening when we went to bed I noticed a 5” circle stain on the sheets. Yuk! Next morning we woke up and took the kids to the pool. Trash was floating in the pool. Takis chip bag and paper plates. The hot tub was a gross urine yellow color and smelled like mildew and also had trash in it. This resort is not worth the stay. It was dirty and with a $250 cleaning fee it should be at least clean. I took a picture of the stained sheets and I did not take my phone to the pool so I do not have pictures of that.

My family had a great trip. We typically stay at a Disney Resort but this time decided something different. It was basically like we stayed at Disney because the location was a mile from the Disney interstate and once you got on you took whichever park exit and was there within 5 mins. We loved the about of space we had at our 4 bedroom villa. Usually to accommodate our family size we have to get 3 resort rooms but this was perfect. Not sure if we will ever go back to a Disney resort again.

The main building where you check in is impressive. It is a gated resort that requires a gate code to enter so it feels relatively safe. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit with no hot tub. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath on the main floor. The unit was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The extra blankets were a little stiff and scratchy. There are no drawers in the rooms, so keep that in mind when packing. I had packing cubes which really helped. The showers have an odd configuration to turn on and control the temp, but we were able to figure it out. The kitchen is well appointed. I would suggest bringing paper towels and toilet paper siince they only provide a starter roll for each. Also, bring some laundry detergent so you can wash your towels during your stay.There are a limited amount of bath towels per bathroom. Beach towels are also provided in your unit. It is less than 15 minutes drive to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. There is a Walmart right across the main road to pick up anything you may need - less than a 5 minute ride. Lots of restaurants nearby. Universal was about 25 minutes away. There is a restaurant on site and a pool, that both looked fantastic, but we didnt get to use either. There is a deposit and a cleaning fee due as a hold on your credit card when you check in, so check with the front office beforehand to get the current pricing. I did not give the full 5 stars for cleanliness because the back yard seating needs more attention to cleaning and would be better if screened in as many Orlando yards are. There was bird poop on many of the cushions. The flying bugs are relentless. The overall stay was great and I would recommend this as a good value with modern decor, spacious villas and friendly staff. The space and new, moden appointments are hard to beat at this price point. Perfect spot if your group appreciates the space and is not hard pressed for a private pool.

It was a brand new property opened in 2019, we stayed in a new "townhome" style house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a nice living room and kitchen. It was perfect for a family or a gathering of a few families to stay together. The kitchen was very nice and everything was brand new and clean. I would love to stay here again. Please note, they don't provide cleaning or linen service during your stay, including toilet paper and paper towel refreshes, so there is a Walmart nearby to grab essentials but bring everything with you.

As a Wyndham property you would expect some of the finest amenities but this is the furthest from the truth with this property. We did not receive the home we requested which was supposed to have a hot tub and on arrival we had no toilet paper in the master bathroom and we'll as visibly soiled sheets in the bed (disgusting)!!! We contacted the front desk and we're advised they do not replace the toilet paper and we'd have to but out own mind ypu for a 2k dollar stay! We also advised of the soiled sheets and were transferred to housekeeping which did ultimately come to change ge the sheets 2 days later which rendered that particular room useless!. We tried one day to use the pool but found the facility was literes with trash trash the equipment like umbrellas broken! It looked like a frat party gone wrong and the pool was unclean as well. The hot tub had no heat and smelled something awful but as usual the front desk of useless bobbleheads did nothing to fix the matter. If you are expecting high end accommodations seek that elsewhere as the magic village views was straight F across the boards.

It is not possible to walk to Disney's park from the condo. Despite the traffic, there are areas without sidewalks. If you need any support for transportationion to the park, please inform your email and phone number, and we can request our concierge team to contact you. It will be a pleasure to assist you with it.
There is a pool and full gym at the clubhouse and we were told that we could use it, and there was no mention of a fee, however, we did not actually use the pool during our stay as our condo had a jacuzzi/hot tub.
They had minimal towels and washcloths. Basically one of each per person. We just washed them a couple times.
As for pillows, there were several on each bed.
So sorry to be last with this answer. We have stayed in 2 different 4-bedroom units at Magic Village Views. Each had 3 bedrooms (one king bedded and two with two twin beds each ) with their own baths on the 2nd floor, and one king-bedded room with its own bath on the first floor.
Our units were BBQ grill and hot tub equipped, so not sure if that makes a difference in the floor plan. It's a wonderful property!
There are more places to choose from in the Kissimmee area.
